well It was clearly worked out but do what should be the extent of the history taking in these scenarios? secondly could you make a video about counseling stations and break out the mark scheme and also how the three domains for marking would apply to examination or teaching stations?If you can make a separate video about teaching a medical student an examination for example and how the three domains of marking apply there. these are becoming very frequent on the plab2 and there is no clear guidance on this. thanks
Sure Nabila - often the words 'hospital today' allow for other issues in a case to come out eg 'why today and not tomorrow?', 'I can't go to hospital today as I need to look after my wife' etc...If you mention 'hospital today' too late in the case then you run out of time to address these issues...Therefore the earlier this is said, the more time you have to deal with these queries....Hope this helps!
