Not Trevor is looking fantastic and super cozy! Very interesting idea and approach to go with the outward expansion. Easy enough to keep a lid on one of the back drawers to keep the table idea at least.
Just a thought, if you got a roof rack , it would cover the little dings in the roof and you could attach wind out awnings . More storage and more outside space
Talk about a glow up, Not Trevor is looking fantastic! Great work Phil! I also laughed when the camera pulsing matched the beat around 5:30, I think at this point you can just call it an artistic choice ;) Can't wait for the season finale!
Missed seeing your uploads but glad to see you are back! For additional cover/ shelter you could always have a fold down roof of sorts that when folded down sits at the end of the bed and can be held up by some support rods?
Hey Phil, awesome build!!! Looks really comfy. I have the exact same portable power supply, works excellent for camping etc. if you didn’t get the solar panel for it, I would suggest it as a good option. I have the solar for it and it works really well. Take care! Happy adventures!
Hey Phil. This camper is great, I love what you’ve done with it. Just wondering what’s the load length. How long is the mattress. Just trying to think if a L1 Berlingo would be big enough for me.
One suggestion, add a sliding divider between the seating and bed sections, either rails or accordion style, or even just a simple curtain style. That way you can open it when actually using the back, and keep it "closed" when not, would help with the stealth camper angle, since no one would see the back through the front.
I like your Berlingo conversation. I also have a Berlingo to convert and you gave me a loads of good ideas. Well done!
Bro you are super cool guy gets straight into what's important! i'm inspired been down to earth like you!
I’ve just bought a disabled Citroen berlingo.. going to be my first ever project so I am bInge watching everything 😆 this is great
Me too! Trying to decide the layout first.....

I am considering it at a later date, I'll see how I get on for a while first before I decide. :)
Loving it Phil well done.
Cheers Paul!

I was considering getting the solar panels, but wasn't sure if it would be worth it. Good to hear the positive feedback! Thanks. :)
I have the River 2 Max and the much smaller Mini. They are brilliant units for power and that’s what I’m going to use for my micro camper.
WOW Agaun big big like.Really good work..
Appreciate it! :)
Looking super cosy in there man. Can't forget that mirror so you can make yourself pretty in the morning ;)
I'm always pretty. 😊

and you will save a fortune on hotels ☺☺
Cheers! That's the plan! :)
When I saw you in Dunelm it didn’t make blacksmith sense but all is clear now. 👍

Im fascinated how you build it, looks great indeed. However...one small remark, what about " ventilation?
Watch the final episode. 😉
6 foot wide bed at home ruins most campervan beds for me, but this looks amazing. Do you have the dimensions for the main rectangle?
Same. I'm 6'2 and my wife is 5'9....Is, would it be possible to fit us both?
Looking fantastic.! I'm just starting my conversion this week. Where did you get your cushions from? It's the one thing i haven't sourced yet.
They were children's extendable matresses from IKEA. 😅 They just happened to be the perfect size.
@@PJTForging Brilliant! 😀
You need a new saw blade : saves burning through the wood

I forgot to film it, but yeah, I've added a blackout curtain divider between the cab and back. :)
Gonna be a cool little camper.. Where did ya get your mattress from???
They're actually child bed matresses from IKEA. 😅

Also "back door selfie" sounds like something you'd reserve for onlyfans, lol.
Food for thought. 😏
Hvordan gør du bundpladen fast? Skruer du ind i karosseriet og med hvad? Står overfor samme projekt nemlig😊
hello! please tell me your size. it seems a little tight. :)
We’re thinking of doing this but worried about the length of the van for sleeping ! How tall are you ?
5'10
Is it long enough for you to sleep plz
Yup, I can either sleep diagonally without issue, or I put the extra cushion on top of the middle chair (folded down) for extra leg room. I'm 5'10.
