    Wow this is real ..I was stressing out constantly thinking everything had to be tip top perfect . Overthinking everything . But you keep it real . Like you said you just gotta be aware of what you’re putting in your body and make healthy choices I also have your pantry guide thank you 🎉it’s so simple to follow and has everything ! ❤ thank you 🙏

      Absolutely! I would be lying if I said I ate the cleanest, but hopeful this eases the pressure of some who think you have to have a perfect diet when you have Endo.

    I love this video! In regards to soy, do you feel that soy contributes to having high estrogen levels? I have endo & fibroids and I wonder if I'm making my situation worse by consuming too much soy.

      Hey Montoya! For me, yes! I feel like soy does contribute to higher estrogen levels for my self and there is information out there that support that. I would say pull back from it for a strong 2 weeks and see how you feel.

    Nice video. But i was told to stay away from meat altogether to help with my endo am so confuse

      Hey Cornelia! If you can stay away from meat that's always a good thing. However, it's a journey. You can stress yourself our try to get to the perfect diet and cause yourself more pain. My personal rule of thumb is to buy grass-feed meat with no added hormones and always eat more veggies than anything. My biggest thing is showing you can still get to a great place with vitamins, lower stress levels, and being mindful of what you eat. I hope that helps!

      @@HealthyKyla not eating meat is really stressing me out i think am gonna incorporate it back into my diet and as you said more vegetables i will be more at ease instead of being miserable
