Not sure where all you filmed, but some of our favorite places are Carowinds Theme Park/Water Park ( ua-cam.com/video/tyvrsUJJ5sk/v-deo.htmlsi=5xqg3kn3IEiBbsh4 ), National Whitewater Center, Carrigan Farms (Mooresville ua-cam.com/video/34nuOEfhP1w/v-deo.htmlsi=z7JM-Oi_1mDXMpCw ), Discovery Place Science Center, Bank of American Stadium (NFL/MLS), Spectrum Arena (NBA), Charlotte Motor Speedway (NASCAR), Crowders Mountain State Park (Gastonia ua-cam.com/video/rmTE-BqhXsY/v-deo.htmlsi=IqSm0OXm7NEYOLkM ), Baxter Village (Ft. Hill), Birkdale Village (Huntersville), Stowe Botanical Garden (Belmont ua-cam.com/video/BPdPtj0kOBU/v-deo.htmlsi=AfEK09CVm1_H-6do ), Charlotte Airport Overlook (possibly the best one in the U.S.), Billy Graham Center (near the airport, it's free and really good ua-cam.com/video/Hj2RJk9gruM/v-deo.htmlsi=kgPiQ1v7lA6xR6X2 ). I live 5 minutes from Crownders Mountain SP and go there about twice a week and kayak at Moss Lake in Kings Mountain. I'd definitely hike Crowders Mountain at the Linwood access. It will give you one oheck of a workout and great views from the summit. In regular traffic I can get from downtown Charlotte to the CM access in about 30 minutes. We always get annual passes to Carowinds and the Whitewater Center. Admission to Carowinds is good for the 407 acres theme park and 30 acre water park. They're connected and very easy to access. We travel extensively and our favorite food cities are Charleston SC and Kansas City MO. It's very interesting that you mentioned Tampa's and Charlotte's food, lol, but they have the most underrated food scenes in our opinions. Every single place we've ever visited, we've found restaurants we have really liked. But we have also found the typical big-name places like NYC, LA Boston, Philly to be good, but overrated. I do agree about California; we have no desire to visit there again anytime soon. It's going through a horrible phase right now and is a pretty scary place, and I've seen first-hand. Too many other great areas to see.
