This problem needs to be fixed further upstream of the waterfall.If we are to have wetter winters and more of this,the flooding issue will have to be addressed.Is there not a field or twowhere water might be diverted to? Aculvert or two to divert extra water,Planting roes of alder to soak up and slow down water.Sluice-gates on the river> Beavers to make a dam?
I went there often to the falls in the 50s used to go down the cave by the falls I'm live I south africa 🇿🇦 now have for many years so seeing dyserth again even though the floods brought back happy memories
