I've been doing this for 8 years now. Got it in my car. I would never use glass for this. Use plastic with a weaker top, so if it blows up, it will just blow the top off. For the bubbler, I use a straight tube with plastic wrapping being held on with elastic bands. Safety always first.
I'm impressed. For somebody who isn't sure that HHO is right you did a great job. The voltage is not the issue, it's the resistance. You need the smallest gap you can between the plates (and maximum surface area). As people have said, stagger the plates + - + - etc. Voltage increases current which increases the reaction but you get much more efficiency if you increase current by reducing resistance. Also, the reaction slows down but becomes more explosive as the positive electrode oxidises. At the start most of the oxygen 'rusts' the positive electrode and only then does it start to release the oxygen to produce the ideal mix of two hydrogens per oxygen.
Things you can do to make it better: -Put the polarities of the plates one between the other +|-|+|-|+|-|+|-| -Make the smallest space possible between the plates -The best electrolyte after sodium bicarbonate is sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide ( if you have acces to it) -More current( Amps) = more bubbles. Make sure voltage stays between 12v and about 36v. Other things: - Make sure u only use DC. AC will make steam (No welder) - You can run an engine with it with enough hho - Do NOT compress the gas or you will blow off your face💥 - Your stainless plates will corrode after a while and loose effeicenty. Hope this helps.
higher voltage will mean a higher current will be drawn, so if you use something like 120vdc and a large supply of amps, you have LOTS of bubbles, but it will be a bit dangerous
I made one 4-5 years ago and ran my 4 stroke 200 Honda Atv 3 wheeler with it. Then I ran an assisted line to my deisel pickup as well as our honda civic. It's probably been said but you need to disconnect power before removing those clamps. Sparks that close to hho is dangerous. That charger has a switch right?
Electricity take the path of least resistance. In this case its the distance between the plates. That's why most of the reaction is occurring in the middle. you need to alternate the polarities as in multiple cells in parallel. Don't use conductive spacers like the nuts and bolts you are using. Be careful the terminal bolts don't contact the lid between the grommets. The lid could cut through when tightening the nuts causing bolts to shift around. Do a continuity test before connecting for the first time.
This was a really fun video I love the way you asked your self questions and came up with different ways to get the answers. I also like the positive feed back and helpful suggestions that are coming from some of your watchers. you did a great job. be careful .
Excellent ! ! ! I'm hoping to run my truck off this. So far, nobody will say why this won't work. Biden has a target of $8 bucks a gallon for gas, it's time to start looking this over very well. Thanks for the video.
It's a good setup. A few suggestions. First, I'd use pool sealer around the hoses and grommets to ensure air tight fit (on both sides of the mason jar seal). I do a similar thing with mason jars, yeast, and sugar water to produce CO2 gas to enhance photosynthesis in marine plants. 2nd, use a bigger diameter hose, like 3/8" fish tank hose. I'd also install anti-blowback valves in the line, which would reduce the likelihood of flame travelling up into the jar if you are connecting it to anything like an engine. Several welding supply companies sell them and they have some small enough to fit 3/8" lines. Third, install a second line with a pressure bypass valve in case something happens to the supply line (like it crimps). There are several companies that sell pressure valves fitting 3/8" line with varying PSI tolerance.. This will prevent the pressure from building up to unsafe levels inside the mason jar (you'd have to do some investigation to find the psi where mason jars are likely to explode and select a pressure valve several PSI below that). You can run this bypass valve line direct to the atmosphere. For extra safety, you could use the bypass valve as a way to mechanically cut the electricity to the HHO generator, kind of like a circuit breaker. Lastly, find a way to separate the anode and cathode plates using a micromesh, like polyolefin meshes. The goal is to create 2 separate compartments for the anode and cathode by having a membrane between them so that oxygen and hydrogen can be harvested separately. Basically, you need a screen that lets the ions flow to each plate but keeps the gases separate (each ion is smaller than the gas molecule). Look up cation exchange membranes and ignore the ideas of interweaving anode and cathodes. The reason for the high volatility is that you have both H2 and O2 molecules in the same line. The result is highly explosive (as you witnessed when lighting the bubbles). Normal electrolysis keeps the 2 diatomic elements separate. Yes, the hydrogen will be flammable, but it won't be as violent of a reaction as you are witnessing because it doesn't have the O2 with it that supports combustion. It will "chirp" instead of sounding like a gun went off. Look up Hofmann apparatus to see what I'm talking about. Essentially, you could harvest the H2 and release the O2 into the atmosphere. Think about oxyacetylene torches - acetylene is plenty reactive on its own, but when you add oxygen, you get a much more violent reaction capable of cutting steel.
Great video! I watched it about 2 hours ago and built my own. I used potassium hydroxide as electrolyte. The explosion of even a small amount of this gas mixture is already damn loud! I didn't wear ear protection, so my ears rang for some minutes, they're good now. Don't underestimate the explosion of this gas. In the video it's indeed not very loud, but in real life it's just enormous.
Try to separate the oxygen from the hydrogen. Cause water (2-H2O) separates in oxygen (O2) and hydrogen (H2), cause now you're lighting a mix of oxygen and hydrogen, and you want only hydrogen. For more info, this is called the 'device of Hoffman'
Electricity follows the path of least resistance therefore you have to make sure that the current has to flow as far as possible across the metal. You’re connecting power to the plates at the center. You have to attach power to the two furthest plates to maximize the effect.
Dude, you have to use plastic bolts and nuts. You can't have the plates contact metal to metal. That's why only the middle is bubbling. You have a separator there.
i reckon that the reason the gas produced seems to get more explosive the longer you run the generator is due to the fact that there is a air gap between the lid and the level of water, this gap will dilute the HHO gas so the longer it runs the more hho gas will replace the air gap
Try removing the outer plates. If they aren't really producing that much maybe taking them off it will give all the current only to the two plates that is actually producing the gas. Maybe this will give you more of an out put of HHO. The way electricity works is it takes the rout of least resistance. You are producing a good bit of HHO though.
Its not only replacing the fuel in your engine it works as a catalist so the gasoline will burn faster and more complete. so you also have to delay ignition timing.
Your second design with longer plates is very smart... I think it will work much better if you put a single flat neutral or dead plate in between the positive and negative plates!
In the video project, only the set of boards for each pole is isolated from each other. Plates of the same poles are in contact by nuts and bolts. Regarding the neutral plates, shouldn't they be isolated from each other also for better cell efficiency?
the electric is taking the easiest rout that is why the middle is bubbling if you put +NNNNN- N meaning neutral and put non conductive spaces in between it should work a lot better just add more electrolyte
Not sure the alignment of your 1st plate setup but i believe its how close the positive and negative currents are to each oher in relation to how much they will produce so layering them positive negative closely will give the best reults - ps i've never gotten as far as you though thankyou for your video very intising :)
Your mixing the hydrogen with the oxygen at the point of production.. You need to separate the oxygen from the hydrogen.. and if you tune the current with frienquency generator and tune the fienquency to the size of the container you can fracture the water 80% more efficiently and at less cost at a scary amount. Just saying..
The 2 "S" plate design is effectively a short. That plate array would run on 3 or 4 volts and lots of amps. Secondly, as current takes the oath if least resistance, any part of the "S" plates that is bent uneven and any bit closer tgan other parts will pass the most current leaving other parts without bubbles.
we did some experiments about 18 years ago and videos are still on you tube , last year we made a highly efficieant bubbler which was entirely made of stainless steel and was very good at driving an 1800 car engine , we planned to exhibit it at birmingham and all was in place then we were contacted by various insurers and told they would NOT INSURE ANY VEHICLE ON THE PUBLIC ROAD USING A BUBBLER even though it was completely safe and tested...our cells were completely different and unique patented design to our company. this had to be shelved......but if you wish to make hho id advise you using chopped current or the wires will burn .......K Sinclair ceo S.E.R.L.
I think that is fascinating! Can you really run a car from this? There has to be a way around the insurance, please keep trying, you guys could help save the planet!
The reason people use a car battery instead of a 12 Volt car charger is the car charger does not put out a steady 12 volts. Instead it puts out a 12 volt wave at 50- 60 cycles per second, dropping your efficiency to make hydrogen by half. You can only work with what you have right? Also I'm in the process of making a space Heater using Hydrogen. You gave me some good ideas like using Baking soda instead of using Potassium Hydroxide which is extremely corrosive. When I make the HHO Generator I will use Air compressor connectors and hoses to avoid leaks. The other item is your safety. I'm assuming you were using tap water instead of distilled water for your project. The problem with using tap water, it is possible you are producing Chlorine gas with your generator. I am no scientist. I just know that you cannot use tap water in medical equipment like CPAP machines because of the effects of Chlorine gas. Thank you for your video and keep up the good work!
You would get the same result, if you used the first version but used only the middle two plates. Electrolysis only takes place where the electrons are flowing from the electrolyte to the metal or visa versa. Since current always flows through the shortest path, the current will only flow where the plates are directly opposite and at their closets point. As soon as the plates get further apart, the current ceases.
Say boss. Have a "master arm" switch. Do not connect near your work. Trust me I found out. Power off then make connections the turn on the charger away from the jar. Safer. Thanks for your show.
You need to listen to what Em Pru stated. That's the way I've always seen it done, and the more of the "finish" you can get off your plates before hand the better. You don't want them super smooth, but you don't want any kind of coating on them either. We use to make these things in science class back in high school (years and years and years and a few more years ago).
Very good demanstration it took me a while to understand the plates 1st off Current wants to take the easiest path to complete a circuit so the platesin center were tied to wire's first shorter distance in ur water there for u need each plate insulated from other. The patern i like for 12 v is first plat ground negative ( g ) then 5 natural plates ( n ) then positive plate ( p ) then 5 (n) then another (g). Or[ 1(g) 5(n) 1(p) 5(n) 1(g)] tieing the 2 ground negative so not in the water hook up a transistor relay to turn on and off power abou10 SECOND run time 5 seconds off stops overheating and explain the bubbler 4 safty and i like to ad 1way valve for safety keep plates ruffly 1/8 inch apart
I don't know about these but basic electricity tells me that there is a major design flaw. You are only charging the inner plates. you need to power the outter ends. see if you take a piece of wire and add energy to two sections in the center, only part of the wire that will burn will be right between the connection points. if you add power to the ends of the wire, the entire wire will get hot. you need to provide power to the outer plates
I think the reason why the middle plates are giving more bubbles is that according to ohm's law, the Current Passes most through the least resistance path (i.e the shorter path) so in this case the middle plates provide the shortest path for the current to flow.
I made a very similar one of these, using two mason jars and baking soda. I used a 18v battery, and it worked, but in the process, it left these chunks in the water. Is this something I should be concerned of? Could it be because of metal or amount of baking soda? If anybody knows anything, please tell me
add that HHO output pipe inside your air filter of bike or car... like how many people do.... and show us the video how it works! do it at your own risk ! :) all the best
great video bro but you should probably hook up your battery charger to the terminals, and then turn it on. Those sparks right next to the "air tight" outlet is going to cause some excitement one of these days. Just sayin. Thanks for the tips!
wouldn't having more negative plates directly next to positive plates increase the reaction output? The center plates are most productive because they are closes to the opposite charged plates. The ones on the outside are far away from the opposite charged plats, so they essentially have more resistance. Maybe I dunno.
I wanna see a jar explode in slow motion, everyone talks about it, rarely anyone shows what happens or the aftermath of vital mistakes. It could be very educational
1:14 Be advised that you should never touch the negative and positive at the same time, because it will hurt and can kill if high enough. The only reason why it didn’t kill him is because there isn’t enough voltage for the electricity to travel from one end to the other. But the amps sure as heck enough to kill you
the reason you are getting bubbles in the center is because electricity finds the path of least resistance and the shortest path are the middle plates closest to each other ,,if you made two separate units separated in the water perhaps more bubbles will come out of all the plates but in the end i think you might get the same result and it will come out from only certain plates,,like you said maybe depends on the current
place additional current supply terminal at the bottom of the plate to equalize the current distribution we called in the cathodic protection system "end current effect" or try to center the connection.
Good News, Hydrogen or "made on board Hydrogen" known as the "Cornish Generator" or "Brown's Gas" in Europe... Hydrogen is the #1 fuel in the DOT ( U. S. Department of Transportation) fuel surveys a few years back online, on some non promoted DOT website pages. I was happy to hear of it after watching, waiting 20 years. Now Tractor Trailer companies actually have been popularizing the advantages and best of Hydrogen made aboard during transportation. I'm was excited, I finally knew free made on board fuel is more well known now. I studied Free online CDL (Commercial Driver License) Class A, is required for Tractor Trailer license. I started to add our service options with extra endorsements; "N,T" tank trailer, double/triple trailers, & "Haz-Mat" / "hazard material" trailers. I'm always trying to help promote Economy for families or business as most farmers do and most professionals happy to help learn, save time and more Safety. I'm very appreciative to videos we all learn from. Pls anyone like & Sub to my account if you like our GoodLight videos too. Good luck to all.
Take your wavy plates and interweave them so the positive and negative are close together throughout the solution. Your outer plates may be to far from each other.
Mixture is stochiametric ratio to produce water if ignited. Exposion is violent and dangerous. Glass shrapnel can penetrate rubber, hose, plastic, people. Add two PCV valves between jar and engine, to arrest event. Also put wire mesh in hose to slow combustion down.
Just a suggestion, I would unplug the battery charger BEFORE I remove the alligator clips, as those sparks from connecting/dis-connecting, only need the tiniest amount of that gas leaking to blow the whole generator ! , (I learned the hard way 💥🤕 lol)
Before disconnecting the battery charger i would turn it off and let it sit for a second. Those sparks can ignite hydrogen gas and blow the whole thing apart like you described. That would be a lot of glass to get stuck in your face man. Be safe.
that was on the fourth of July....you did a good job with this. each + and - pair makes a battery cell. each cell voltage is about 2.5 volts. you have 12.5 volts available 12.5/2.5 = so you can interleave + and - 5 times. bring the plates closer together so you can fit 5x2=10 plates in the jar. think of your car battery how close the plates are together to make 12.5Volts that will make all the plates effective and you will get a much larger flow of gas. of course with that comes more danger so use an extension cord for ur battery charger and take it out in the open.
I think if he uses 2 l cola bottles cut as spacers it would be much closer together and alternating pos /neg on each plate would help too then if he added like 6 bottles all generating at same time he could run a nice heater for winter
I want to see an internal combustion engine run using this as fuel. I've seen numerous claims that people add this as a supplimental fuel source and double their mpg. Real or scam? I want to know.
1956model Everybody seems to jump on the bandwagon by saying connect to an internal combustion engine Why not try alternative uses of different types of engines With today’s technologies it should be possible to build a powerful steam generator/engine If you want to stop polluting the atmosphere go back to steam trains using water as a fuel instead of coal or electricity Hot air ballooning is a fun sport Try to think outta the box Of alternative ways to use this
@@1956model1 they work... this is more than capable of saving you money. Maybe 20 to 30% more efficient. Do more research there are cells being built and used in the engine.
ehhh, not really ideal to use other fuels, ur engine was designed for gasoline (or diesel) and that only, adding hydrogen could increase the wear on your engine. There are better ways to increase mpg
suggestion make 2 sets of plates no more then about 3 or 4 and have the positive and negative split to see if your production of gas increases. See if the efficiency is increased. I have heard of using salts as in table or epson to add to make it bubble faster. Better then acid because byproduct is less likely to cause problems if there is a spill.
use a coil system as opposed to the plates. teflon coils we ended up using. much more effective.and AC , despite others denial. a dyno can help anything you cant regulate with ease. lol. careful though....but am sure you know that. hahah. cool video
not totally sue but all your plates will be connected via the steel bolts going through them, don't you require the + and - cathodes to be 100% disconnected or separate?
my jar got really hot, i had to limit it to 3amps max, mine also blow up twice, once too much pressure and the second time was blow back..even a roughly built unit works good, I gained 2 mpg on my pick up just fogging the intake, nice video
What happens to the oxy-gas freed from hydrogen during electrolysis? When was in school we had during chemistry class a water-breaker unit that ran by a 4.5V pocket battery. I remember it had two taps, one at each polarity, one that gave off hydrogen and the other oxygen (I forgot which gas was produced at which polarity). Everything was made of glass for observation including the taps...
Yes, in chem labs, there are two taps directly above the anode and cathodes. That is called a Hofmann apparatus. In this video, both H2 and O2 molecules are floating together in the line. That's why there's a big reaction when he lights the bubbles. If it was just the H2 by itself, it would "chirp" and the reaction wouldn't be as volatile.
so what does the 2nd jar of water do? does that have the powder mixture in it too or just water? can I get this hose and run it into my intake with no vacuum to make it run better?
what you need to do to increase the out put is to set the plate + - + - putting the posts outside of the other plate.. this makes the electrons go through the inner plates ... you don't need more current you just need to place the negative post and the positive post as I explained positive ,negative ,positive, negative.
It's implosion not explosion. This is the future. HHO is being used in the heavy industries, even our local metro buses run on hho. It's not a conspiracy nor is it a useless bubbler. It's all around us,people, get of your high horses, take of your arrogant hats, swallow your pride. Our ignorance will be our end,so stop whining and do something productive,if not for yourselves,do it for your loved ones.
very nice job , you could make a stove or full up much numbers of balloons and let them carry a camera and watch live video from space, make a torch as welding machine,
with that gas being so flammable, wouldn't it be kind of wise to move the electrical connections away from the jar that has only a mason jar lid keeping back that pressured gas? Those things threw off some big Ole sparks.
I am sorry that I saw your video 4 years after, but I think I know how to make this HHO generator a little bit more efficient. Water readily contains cations and anions of the solute. In your first (and the second too) builds the potential decreases as you go outwards from the center plane of the jar. To make it much more efficient, you need to sandwich electrodes between each other.
Technically yeah, water is 2 parts Hydrogen and 1 part Oxygen, but Chemically it's 4 of Hydrogen and 2 of Oxygen (Hydro forms clusters of 4 and Oxy forms clusters of 2)
You seem to have plus plates on one onside and negative on the other. I did this some 10 years ago, I had 8 plates, actually used steel cups that fitted partially inside each other. However I had mine plus minus plus minus plus minus etc. I can't remember which way round for sure, but only every other cup produced bubbles, the plus I think. It did improve fuel economy a little. Gave up on the experiment, may give it another try.
dude that is awesome,,is there an electric isolation between the plates so one side is negative and other positive because it seems to be one unit and hard to tell where you put those plastic sandwiched separators ,looked like the bolts still made a continuous connection? now can you attach a needle on the end of your hose and make a blow torch?
Yes as many said in comments it's very unprofessional sparking near hho container. Write a message please on vid so that people will know not to do that. Use two bubblers if you're not using brass wool arrestor. Anyway thks for sharing.
As inefficient as this electrolyzer tank is where the current can short from the first to the last plate, my 1.6 diesel went from 44mpg to 58 with it, the expectable 30%. Better amp regulation is the most important part of a hho generator.
be more careful bro when making sparks and rubbing them charger clamps together. if you ignite the hydrogen bomb, the glass will be shrapnel, like a grenade!
Still tinkering with the circuit for Nathren's water powered mower engine. I spent 3 months designing replacement for the old style dual coils Relays that always worked before in Georgia. The sealed carlon box is in vacuum with DC high volts, with Tesla type magnetic spark gap + Cap, with series Crossover inductor 1.6MH, as per originals. The idea is that radiant Energy is generated, kept in by vacuum, and follows wiring out to spark plug. He said they were worth their weight in Gold. The shop technicians back then could not replicate homemade relays to work efficiently. That's why no final papers were ever released. He was in jail during 2020. The original traffic signal lights poles relay were new replacements long ago. It was only the smooth running V8 engines and Pinto 4cyl WITH EGR + the Relays, and the magnetic field at plugs tips, that were acceptable. The Nitrogen compound in exhaust gases back into intake was the key to non surging engines. Website was studied and data copied before it was shut down. Currently working on the Briggs mower engine conversion only. I changed low volts to positive, and also the ignition volts to positive. This way one battery can be used, and starter motor can use engine casting for negative ground. My Power Supply is halfwave DC voltage doubler voltage from 500Watt open board 20Khz Inverter with fast diodes. Requirement is ISOLATED source power from secondary side, and then use series blocking diodes. Therefore the coil L in series can have back EMF higher volts pulse. One L coil in vacuum with high volts, while other coil L is mounted outside with low volts. The Georgia shop technicians and Nathren said that circuit required 100v and 6-7amps through spark plug. (Very small electrodes surface area) There is a back EMF higher volts generated from inductor that could be used for that purpose. Magnetic field carries all the way to plug, while I also added neodymium ring magnet at plug. The field is exactly at plug electrodes. Water in Carb was to change to water vapor pressure at -34degrees ATDC timing with some Hydrogen gas formed and fired for piston pressure. The S1R9A9M9 triple coils assembly serves 3 functions and is NOT a transformer. I built about 40 different models over time until I figured it out. His original spark plug of 4000ohms was replaced by Champion 125ohm plug. It COULD have been taken apart later with resistor replaced with copper segment. This way plug is Zero ohms and and can carry 6 amps. The S1R coils had formed "Leakage inductance" in 7t+13Turns, so that superimposed higher 1300 volts over 12v would push 10amps through spark plug. The 15Amps first capable,..was reduced to 10amps with the reactance induced in 7+13 turns coil from the electrical field of the ignition cable line pulse. He gave example in his website called - "the 60turns coil test". With battery disconnected after engine starts, the dual alternators under flywheel ran the conversion circuit for spark plug amps. In 2008 UA-cam videos S1R9A9M9 1 and 2, he neglected to say the 18HP Briggs engine was self running, and was to be inferred!
and to eliminate the the jar from exploding is use a blow back suppression this will stop the flame from going back to the jar. I have 2 of my trucks running off of HHO or aka Brown Gas. this work 100 times better on Diesel motors then it dose on gas diesel motor are designed to stand this kind of explosions..
I've been doing this for 8 years now. Got it in my car. I would never use glass for this. Use plastic with a weaker top, so if it blows up, it will just blow the top off. For the bubbler, I use a straight tube with plastic wrapping being held on with elastic bands. Safety always first.
you use it to run the gas more efficiently or are you running straight HHO? 🤔
Hook it to a vacuum source on a car engine and improve your fuel economy
Im researching for this purpose
Facts the government doesn't want us to do this because they want to keep us paying for gas that is very old and dumb technology
The brake booster
@@Thugneck26no not that
Be careful about collecting a pocket of hydrogen up by the ceiling.
Omg
Things you can do to make it better:
-Put the polarities of the plates one between the other +|-|+|-|+|-|+|-|
-Make the smallest space possible between the plates
-The best electrolyte after sodium bicarbonate is sodium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide ( if you have acces to it)
-More current( Amps) = more bubbles. Make sure voltage stays between 12v and about 36v.
Other things:

Hope this helps.
There's DC welders but it's a bit more than 36V so you're covered there
higher voltage will mean a higher current will be drawn, so if you use something like 120vdc and a large supply of amps, you have LOTS of bubbles, but it will be a bit dangerous

It's probably been said but you need to disconnect power before removing those clamps. Sparks that close to hho is dangerous. That charger has a switch right?
Yes
Please stop making Sparks on the top of the jar.
THANKS. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK SIR. PLEASE DO MORE VIDEOS. THANKS
Electricity take the path of least resistance. In this case its the distance between the plates. That's why most of the reaction is occurring in the middle. you need to alternate the polarities as in multiple cells in parallel. Don't use conductive spacers like the nuts and bolts you are using. electriciy is water in a different form... water also takes the path of least resistance...
Did you do it?
Right on dude perfectly simple build that'll power any 4 stroke no problem.
I'm working on something awesome going to upload it shortly.
Is it possible to covert a gun to use this as a gaseous propellant as opposed to a solid one?
@@schlomoshekelstien6234 that’s a fun idea. However i think it might be a bit dangerous to have pressurized bullets.
Also' if you have pure hydrogen, it will make a more 'woosh' sound
brilliant guy. playing with fire next to the pump lol
Making sparks next to pure HHO....
Also how old is the torch head on that bernzomatic
***** when he hooked up/detached the power cable
ha ha!, i was thinking the same lol
Dude, the guy was lighting it on fire. I don't think he cared much lol
HHO unlike gas, dissipates really fast, yet its still a bit risky, haha... gulp..... look ma i blew up the garage.
Plates need to be + - + - + - and so on
i think he will get the same amount of gas no matter what,,enough to simply have two plates for such low current input
Your second design with longer plates is very smart... I think it will work much better if you put a single flat neutral or dead plate in between the positive and negative plates!
In the video project, only the set of boards for each pole is isolated from each other. Plates of the same poles are in contact by nuts and bolts.
Regarding the neutral plates, shouldn't they be isolated from each other also for better cell efficiency?
the electric is taking the easiest rout that is why the middle is bubbling if you put +NNNNN- N meaning neutral and put non conductive spaces in between it should work a lot better just add more electrolyte
youve been watching "codys lab" havent you??
Not sure the alignment of your 1st plate setup but i believe its how close the positive and negative currents are to each oher in relation to how much they will produce so layering them positive negative closely will give the best reults - ps i've never gotten as far as you though thankyou for your video very intising :)
Your mixing the hydrogen with the oxygen at the point of production.. You need to separate the oxygen from the hydrogen.. and if you tune the current with frienquency generator and tune the fienquency to the size of the container you can fracture the water 80% more efficiently and at less cost at a scary amount. Just saying..
The most impressive thing was how you managed to travel forward in time so quickly and have all those plates cut in seconds.
SINCLAIRRESEARCH tested by who?
IF you insert a 1-way valve, the fumes will not back-flow into the container, thus making it alot safer to use. Always fun to experiment.
With the 1 part oxygen and 2 parts hydrogen, its true for number of atoms. Mass wise, however, its 8 parts oxygen, one part hydrogen.
Ethan Blanke isnt it 1 part hydrogen and 16 Parra oxygen? (Mass wise)
put leads on the jar so you don't spark on top of your jar, hook it up to a push mower or other gas motor , see if it will run it . reallycool video
I think the reason why the middle plates are giving more bubbles is that according to ohm's law, the Current Passes most through the least resistance path (i.e the shorter path) so in this case the middle plates provide the shortest path for the current to flow.
yes, and this setup needs equal distribution of current through all the plates.
I made a very similar one of these, using two mason jars and baking soda. I used a 18v battery, and it worked, but in the process, it left these chunks in the water. Is this something I should be concerned of? Could it be because of metal or amount of baking soda? If anybody knows anything, please tell me
really cool! I love this projected! I like the fact that you where carful with that stuff
Bwahahahahahahahah
add that HHO output pipe inside your air filter of bike or car... like how many people do.... and show us the video how it works! do it at your own risk ! :) all the best
I built one and put it in my truck, would increase my mileage by more than 25%. It was a older truck without any computerized components.
great video bro but you should probably hook up your battery charger to the terminals, and then turn it on.

Be advised that you should never touch the negative and positive at the same time, because it will hurt and can kill if high enough.
The only reason why it didn’t kill him is because there isn’t enough voltage for the electricity to travel from one end to the other.
But the amps sure as heck enough to kill you
I don’t think a car battery is gonna kill him
@@johniccia it's not a car battery. It's a battery charger
Wonder if you could make an engine run by HHO?
It is possible, yes
But prolly not a gas engine
yes you can, i've seen cars run on them. larger than this one though.
Well, I guess I should have said anything with a low-ish compression ratio
my thoughts exactly
That would be so cool
the reason you are getting bubbles in the center is because electricity finds the path of least resistance and the shortest path are the middle plates closest to each other ,,if you made two separate units separated in the water perhaps more bubbles will come out of all the plates but in the end i think you might get the same result and it will come out from only certain plates,,like you said maybe depends on the current
place additional current supply terminal at the bottom of the plate to equalize the current distribution we called in the cathodic protection system "end current effect" or try to center the connection.
Thank you for the mason jar idea and using washers for toilets and other materials!
P.S. Had to break the 666 streak, lol
Just a suggestion, I would unplug the battery charger BEFORE I remove the alligator clips, as those sparks from connecting/dis-connecting, only need the tiniest amount of that gas leaking to blow the whole generator ! ,
(I learned the hard way 💥🤕 lol)
Thix fot this info
About 15 years ago I added one to a 1970 Chevy Truck and it went from 8mpg to 16mpg without any other modifications... It is possible...
1956model
Everybody seems to jump on the bandwagon by saying connect to an internal combustion engine
Why not try alternative uses of different types of engines
With today’s technologies it should be possible to build a powerful steam generator/engine
If you want to stop polluting the atmosphere go back to steam trains using water as a fuel instead of coal or electricity
Hot air ballooning is a fun sport
Try to think outta the box
Of alternative ways to use this
@@robertschofield1560
Environmentally friendly? I just want to save money, not the planet. I'd burn coal in my SUV if I could figure out how. 😆
Adding salt to this process, (electrolysis) causes deadly chlorine gas. Don't use salt or Epson salt
you could also add "neutral" plates between the positive and negative.
use a coil system as opposed to the plates. teflon coils we ended up using. much more effective.and AC , despite others denial. a dyno can help anything you cant regulate with ease. lol. careful though....but am sure you know that. hahah. cool video
not totally sue but all your plates will be connected via the steel bolts going through them, don't you require the + and - cathodes to be 100% disconnected or separate?
my jar got really hot, i had to limit it to 3amps max, mine also blow up twice, once too much pressure and the second time was blow back..even a roughly built unit works good, I gained 2 mpg on my pick up just fogging the intake, nice video
The 2nd jar of water is a safety. Flashback protector.
That why you need use neutral plates ! It will work more efficiently!
You need to use ONE BOLT for the pos side and ONE for the negative side so you DON'T have ALL the plates tied together
What is the measurement for the stainless steel plates?...and what type solute you used for this generator??????
what you need to do to increase the out put is to set the plate + - + - putting the posts outside of the other plate.. this makes the electrons go through the inner plates ... you don't need more current you just need to place the negative post and the positive post as I explained positive ,negative ,positive, negative.
Why do you need the smaller glass jar filled with water? Doesn't the hydrogen come direct out of the larger jar.
Electricity follows the path of least resistance, the end plates won't bubble as much bc the electricity wants to jump the shortest distance.
Caustic soda aluminium and water works super well too
It's implosion not explosion.
This is the future.
HHO is being used in the heavy industries, even our local metro buses run on hho.
It's not a conspiracy nor is it a useless bubbler.
It's all around us,people, get of your high horses, take of your arrogant hats, swallow your pride.
Our ignorance will be our end,so stop whining and do something productive,if not for yourselves,do it for your loved ones.
i would like to see how big an engine this system can run
very nice job ,
you could make a stove or full up much numbers of balloons and let them carry a camera and watch live video from space, make a torch as welding machine,
with that gas being so flammable, wouldn't it be kind of wise to move the electrical connections away from the jar that has only a mason jar lid keeping back that pressured gas? Those things threw off some big Ole sparks.
I am sorry that I saw your video 4 years after, but I think I know how to make this HHO generator a little bit more efficient. Water readily contains cations and anions of the solute. In your first (and the second too) builds the potential decreases as you go outwards from the center plane of the jar. To make it much more efficient, you need to sandwich electrodes between each other.
Good👍👍👌
Awesome vid dude and try to build a hydrogen engine and try to make it run to
Lite the hose and run like hell lol😄
Great job A+
@Daniel Suciu long matches 😁
Better amp regulation is the most important part of a hho generator.
what is the metal you are using inside the big jar? iron or copper or what?
why is it that the water comes dark or change color? others uses salt for mixture, what about URINE is also a salted water can u use it?
I tried using urine in my HHO generator but all it did was to piss me off.
be more careful bro when making sparks and rubbing them charger clamps together. if you ignite the hydrogen bomb, the glass will be shrapnel, like a grenade!
I have 2 of my trucks running off of HHO or aka Brown Gas. this work 100 times better on Diesel motors then it dose on gas diesel motor are designed to stand this kind of explosions..
if you alternate your plates positive negative positive negative you will get more production out of it
i dont know how, but ive ventured this far onto youtube
Electric only takes the shortest path to ground so you need to put the holding plates on each end not in the middle
on the prototype, whyd you need to run it into another jar before the soapy wafer dish?
incase it accidentally catches fire. the flame travels into the water instead of travelling into the generator and blowing it up
im drilling the holes for mine right now.
Could make for some fun party balloons... Keep away from the birthday cake 🍰
Sand the plates to give them a larger surface area, so more hydrogen is produced :)
Pressure Guage or release valve would make this perfect
