First it is a time series prediction Problem. Second ,label encoding is used only on labels.Use get_dummies,OHE,ordinal(incase of ordinal data)

Hi, I am currently working on a project Based on historical sales figures for a given item say from January 2021 - December 2022. Is it possible to derive a way to accurately forecast its future sales over a period of the next 6 months. what are the necessary steps to follow to achieve this.

The forecast concept is bit of trial and error type, as of my experience it’s 50 percent chance of delivering accurate results through forecasts
