I would suggest you to use an utility bill which uses your own name or father name whether it is (Gas / Electricity / PTCL / Water) or any other. if all are not, than uses and contact with your concern office for further assistance.

Does the utility bill need to be on the name of the applicant? or is it enough to be the same address that he/she mentions on the application?
