Clinical Psychologist : My Journey of becoming Clinical Psychologist in Hindi (2021)
In this video, I have shared my journey of becoming a clinical psychologist.

Sandeepa Kaur is a licensed clinical psychologist. She completed her graduation from LSR Delhi in Psychology, Masters in Clinical psychology from TISS Mumbai, and M.Phil in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS( National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences), Bangalore.
She is a practicing Clinical Psychologist and provides in-person/online therapy/counseling sessions. Her area of expertise includes behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, couple counseling.

Is BA(hons.) Psychology important for M.phil clinical psychology? Or we can do Bachelors in another field and then Masters in Clinical Psychology? Or we can take BA prog. English + psychology then am I eligible for M.phil?

This is very noble field, and the clinical professionals and councelling ones suffer to get section in hospitals and other sectors...but its an estimate that this field vll have huge demand after few years...mental health is getting awareness and government is making little very little opportunities for such professionals..

Is it mandatory to do MPhil for clinical psychology for we can practice as a clinical psychologist after doing PHD of PSyd
Because MPhil is not there in many of the institutions nowadays
Yes it's mandatory because without mphil you can't get license, and without license u cannot practice as a licensed clinical psychologist.

When you become a clinical psychologist you can see disorders and also diagnose your clients where as in counseling psychology you cannot diagnose

Hi. ONce you go to TISS you will have a good experience of research as it is a part of your master's program. The professors there are wonderful and will guide you well. You will learn more about research while you do your master's.
