Tabitha you can also get some vegan broth and freeze that and ice trays and her little cubes of it. It comes in handy when you doing recipe for stir-fry like you doing now. Love you be blessed.
@@williambsings I'm just guessing probably because freezing makes it last longer and the cubes are individualized for convenient use in small dishes such as this because you can use as many or less as you like.

I was thinking that celery looks like crab then she suggested making it into patties. I bet with that texture and some Old Bay and Tony's, maybe a little mashed potato, egg, onion and a touch of red pepper dipped in bread crumbs and fried would be similar to crab cakes.

But let me tell you I feel the same way about not wasting food. I have left over carrot pulp to use for a carrot cake or cupcakes today. But I love the idea of celery pulp for a stir fry. I've just used carrot, kale pulp for my cold salads. Then cucumber pulp to make home-made salad dressing 😋🤗 #Love you and what you do best💜💯
I love celery and think I would make a cream of celery soup with potatoes and garlic. Vegans could use cashew milk (I use cashew milk for an Indian spiced cauliflower soup, even though I'm not vegan. It's so good and creamy!).

In Beijing, they make a meat based stir fry with only meat (barely wet with soy & fresh ginger) and a whole head of celery, leaves and all. I make it at home all of the time, but would definitely do the same with just celery and the pulp. It's so good!
