I am always amazed on the variety of vehicles used by Germany in WWII, what's even more amazing is to see so many in prime running condition. Thanks
Every manufacture in germany and occpied terretory had to supply the war effort. Ford Köln build 6x4 Trucks And Opel was since 1929 part of GM.
The M-16 I carried during Vietnam was made by General Motors Hydraulic Divion.
Lots of them are build up from scrap. Saw a jagdpanther in a private collection in the UK once. It was used as a target practice for 15 years. The build it up with pictures a movieclips.

The E-8 Sherman used in the movie Fury was a range tank,
That was the Main Reason why the failed. Two man models with different technic. Hard to maintance
That Nashorn looks amazing!! So glad they got it running again.
I saw a video of them rebuilding it a few years back
Basically the California version of the Panzer III/IV - lots of cosmetical adjustments including a huge nosejob 😂
@@mbr5742 Hey, don't insult Barbara Streisand...err the Nashorn like that! By which I mean calling them "Californian". 😂🤣🤪
What an amazing Nashorn!
looks like a huge gun, with a kind of tank added afterwards - love it!
Incredible to think these are actual vehicles from WW2, they are in such a pristine condition, living history in front of our eyes, amazing.
HOLY CRAP...a FREAKIN' NASHORN! Way too cool!
Thanks for all you do to keep history alive! Great filming and sound!
Excellent choice Sofi !
Couple of them were completely new to me.
Dear Sofilein,
Thanks for sharing this.
Overloon War Museum has one of the most rare collections of German WW2 vehicles and most of them are so wel conservatief and restored that these vehicles run and drive like these just run out of the production line. Almost every year you can see another example of what’s restored and new running in the parade the museum is organizing so I can understand you very well that you want to be with such a parade. I look forward to your next vlog and send you love
Very amazing
Where ist it???
@@user-wx4gi7bt9e it’s in Overloon with the war museum there. It’s a yearly event. The coming edition is 25&26 May 2024
The owner of the museum is a worldwide know amunitions expert.
Thanks Sofi, great viewing and as many others have stated, lots of vehicles I'd never seen before. 🤯
I'm using the numbers on the tanks for my next lottery ticket selection
that nashorn was a beast.... i didnt realize how big and tall they were
Nice setting to display these wonderful vehicles.
Yay! Sofi's Army! I'm on your side!
Thanks for sharing your visit to Militracks with us! I'd never heard of a Bergepazner until now. And it's great to see such a variety of WWII vintage German vehicles presented so well. Great job!
Basically a Hetzer retooled into a recovery tractor
Happy Tank day Sofilein. So many fun vehicles. Happy midsummer day from Sweden
WoW!
What a display!!
So many Kettenkrads!😮
Good Show!
Tracked cargo car on the back combined with motorcycle on the front, really unique thing.
but schech schleper looks even weirder, it should to have something atached on the back I quess.
THANK YOU for posting this! The inclusion of the little girl covering her ears somehow made this episode of war equipment just a little sweet.
That Maultier stormed out of the woods with it's trailers like a freight train. Now if only the armored version of it with the Nebelwerfer could show up in the future...
Remarkable variety of vehicles. Amazing to see them in such excellent running condition. Very nice camera work to capture and share the moment.
What an amazing range of vehicles and so lovingly restored
What a cool experience!
Back in 1995 I visited family in Germany with my mom. I made friends with a guy who had an Ural motorcycle with sidecar which he explained was literally a bolt for bolt copy of a 1943 BMW. I think even the castings still had BMW marks along with the sidecar even having machine gun mounts copied. It would be so cool if some motorcycle manufacturer made a reproduction Kettenkrad!
It's crazy , the durability of these machines made 80 years ago . With some tlc of course .
What an amazing assortment of vehicles!
At 4:30 the Kettenkrad has always been one of my favorites ever since I saw one in a book many years ago. They're so adorable! It's like the tankiest motorcycle ever built. OMG @ 5:51 "an entire herd" 🤣 😍
I'm amazed they were never mass produced after the war, they're wonderful ATVs.
@@allewis4008 they do look like a lot of fun, but I'm guessing regular maintenance even on a reproduction model would be expensive... tracks and all... The Kubelwagon lived on as the VW Thing, however, but it was pretty basic and had wheels only
So many Kettenkrads! I didn't think there where that many of them still around.
Thanks for a super video, and especially for taking the trouble to note all the model names! There were several that were new to me. 👌
I'm an ex tanky on challenger and scimitar, its good that these very old tanks are well looked after ❤
Such an awsome display of equipment loved every second of it. Ready to watch again.
Good to see the Nashorn in this video. Huge effort to sort it out, according to my understanding.
Fantastic video Sofi! Thanks for putting it out there for us!
Great vid, love all the interesting vehicles. The Stug and Sd. Kfz. 250 are my favorites.
ty so much for sharing your experiences, not being able to make it to any tank shows my self. so this means a lot to me. thank you.
Glad you enjoyed it!
@@Sofileinmajor design flaw of all German equipment was the lack of a *"glacias plate"* I think but not an expert. Be interested to know how wrong I am about that actually given what's going with the Russian Disaster.
Excellent video, an amazing selection of vehicles, the stars (imho) being that sinister Stug and all the little Kettnenkrads, looking like a breeding herd.
What a beautiful machinery, so much impressions!
Keep 'em coming! I love these types of videos! Great work as always! ✌️
Hi Sofilein, great footage here. I (Glen from Vegas) met you two weeks ago at the Aquino Tank Show in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. Thanks again for letting me take a picture with you, that was so kind and awesome!!
Ein tolles Video mit sehr schönen Aufnahmen und Bildern, vielen lieben Dank @ Sofi-lein
greetings from argentina, shame I have to watch you on youtube and not seeing those vehicles right in front of me, keep it up people thisis pure Cultural heritage of Humanity
Wow. Like going back in time. Amazing sounds and imagery.
We need a designation for a “herd of Kettenkrads”.
A coil?
A kradle?
A kradle of kettenrads...
Many many lesser knowns…. Wonderful
Hello Sofi
Great to see and hear
Thank you very much
Keep them coming

Thank you very much, Sveline, for this wonderful, beautiful content 🤙❤️🔥👌😉

....Thanks for this video.....beautiful History vehicle ....👏👏👏
It's nice to see them all tamed and in captivity. The Stug III seems to have the markings of the old AIRFIX kit. GREAT! THANKS!
Model kits are often based on existing vehicles. After all, where else would they get the measurements of those vehicles if the technical plans are no longer available ? Unfortunately sometimes they also copy mistakes such as non-authentic parts or repairs.
6:29 Yoooo is that a Zündapp motorcycle with the sidecar? I used to have a 50cc Zündapp when i was a kid, damn that widdle thing was so much fun
Thanks Sofilein! This was So Fine! I can’t imagine dozens of each of those vehicles in everyday use. So rare now but just a common occurrence back in the day.
Thanks!
Got great footage there, despite all the dramas you had to endure to get there and set up. As usual, thanks for sharing.
Thank you Sofi, that's something you don't see everyday!
Awesome and thank you for ID'ing every vehicle and taking a very professional video.
Surprised by how quiet the Stug 3 was.
as were many an allied vehicle lol
Very nice , the time of day is great to show off the camouflage , nice and clear , good captions ! This is at the top as one of the best , great job Sofi !!! 👏👏👏👍😎😁
Amazing to see so many varieties vehicle well maintained, like to drive the kfz 250 and the kattengrad❤
That Nashorn was a beauty as wth all the vehicles they are pieces of art gj SOFI have fun
Outstanding work thanks 😊
Amazing there are so many still around and operational. Thanks.
You make some great content Sofilein and you know when no narration is needed. Please keep it up!!
that stug is so badass imagine seeing that roll through the treeline
That low-profile, though.
Excelente Video Cumprimentos de Portugal 😊
Thanks Sofi, amazing parade!
Love these videos. Thanks!
Great shots ! Awesome video ! Thank you
The camera work for this is amazing crisp and clear. Well done!
Thank you very much!
Really great video of some rare trucks and halftracks. Thank you.
Love it when you visit Militracks, always good footage. One thing i've been thinking for a while now is how not only are German armour functional, but they look better than allied armour. I mean better on the eye. I don't want to pay Adolf any compliments, but as all designs had to be approved by him I would hazard an unqualified guess that Hitlers artistic and personal taste may have had something to do with it . For example compare the Churchill to the King Tiger - Churchill , ugly looking lump (imho) King Tiger - Almost a work of art, everything in balance, looks stunning from any angle and definitely has a menacing look.
Agree..and I would love to see the Löwe in real, if ever built. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panzer_VII_L%C3%B6we
What a cringe comment. Fangirling over hitler's personal taste? There's a reason there are no remaining king tigers post war. They were giant heavy pieces of shit that would just get abandoned by their crew anytime they got stuck.
Very cool to see Sofi and Thankyou . So many vehicles . Looks like they are being invaded ...lolololol the Nashorn was impressive!!! Thanks again and hope all is well . Take care .
Thanks for sharing this, Kubelwagens rock! And that Mercedes' engine sounds so quiet! :-)
A great couple of days, good to see you there..............and i made it into the clip right at the end!!!
thank you for showing!
Great stuff, thanks for sharing!
So many rare and unusual vehicles, great to see and hear them. Did you get a ride on any of them. Thanks for posting.
Wow, another show I need to attend! Looks amazing
Damn, as a War Thunder player... my heart was racing when I saw the Nashorn.😍❤
I play warthunder too, though I don't play the tanks as I am not good at it.
😁.i was same
Few years ago they had a king tiger. I will never forget the sound of that beast
I play World Of Tanks and sometimes War Thunder. Both those games have the Nashorn. I don't have it as a premium tank though.
Wow, ya don't see THIS every day. Thank you Sofilein.
the franken tiger was a fair old surprise.
awesome view .thanks. beyond words
Tremdous video - Thanks Sofi - Appreciated.
What a cool event. Thanks for sharing.
I have never seen so many Kettenkrads in one location !
Great vid, Sofi. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, Sofe!
being a Motorpool mechanic must have been a nightmare with so many "arten von maschinen"
Super! Thanks!!!🤝
Grandioso, excelente video, hermosos recuerdos, gracias por compartir estas imágenes
My new favorite video! Omg
Overloon Militracks, got to love it! 😊👍
Fantastic Video. Lots of vehicles i have only seen in pictures or never even knew about. Thanks for sharing.
Glad you enjoyed it!
What an amazing collection!! So well preserved, and taken care of
The vehicles are from all over! Lots of knowledge and passion there
An amazing collection of equipment from those times. where does all this come from? or are these not real exhibits?
This is what I love seeing personally is the revitilization of ww2 equipment getting a second chance in life regardless of which side they were on because of how rare most of them are in this day in time, and most being operational instead of being a static display piece in the middle of a town or inside a museum 24/7.
The Nashorn and the Stug III ausf. G both look absolutely amazing and well taken care of. I see a Tiger I in the background at the beginning and I wonder if that is 131 brought out just for display.
Half of me wishes I could put my hand on their cold steel frames and close my eyes to just listen to them tell their stories of combat action and how they were not only able to survive the war, but also survive from the scrap furnace as thats where a large majority of tanks went after the war was broken down and turned into scrap metal.
Tank you
OMG I cant wait to go to this later in the year
Teskno Wam za starymi dobrymi czasami, synowie Adolfa...
Insane how many track vehicle variants Germany was producing! Cant imagine this endless creaking clacking menacing sound in the front. 🥶
I'm so gonna be there next year
Great vid as always! To short! Never seen a Bergepanzer 38 t before! Cheers!!!
