diffrence between PSH and URG tcp flag
psh flag all data in buffer to be pushed to NL(sender)/AL(receiver).
urg flag only urgent data to be given to AL immediately
In PSH flag data is delivered in sequence
In URG flag data is deliverd out of sequence

I have a doubt , when i send a SYNC packet I get a response with RESET flag , when I googled they say because “ The machine you sent SYNC packet weren’t expecting “
My confusion is how would I know if the machine is expecting it or not ??
