Black Widow surviving that grenade blast is some of the strongest plot armor I’ve seen.
Grenades are about shrapnel. Her body didn't absorb the shockwave, it blew the door off. Totally plausible.

To be strong enough to kick a car into a dude I can only imagine how much it would hurt to get hit by that dam shield. Cap would have to be holding back to not actually kill people the way walker did. I also don’t see a reason for cap to like purposely not try to kill considering these guys are bad mercenaries. Also love the detail that Sam flew in from the direction of the sun so the enemies couldn’t see him. Something actual birds of prey and fighter pilots do.
Pretty sure cap isn't holding back, some of of these dudes die pretty violent deaths lol

As far as I know, it's not uncommon for grenades to have a "cook time". If you want it to detonate on impact, you pull the pin and hold onto it for a few seconds
Though that may just be video game logic, I'm no expert

THIS is my theory for the Marvel Zombies episode of "What If...?". Captain America is in his Civil War costume in that episode, so it's certainly possible, and it would be a neat little callback to this scene.

Eh no, sometimes even opinions can be wrong and this is one of them. This is simply not the cleanest superhero fight sequence
It kinda becomes weird when you go to 0.25 speed and watch for details.
Then Nat yeets her bike at 1:54 you can see in one shot how it's just way too slow and sliding to the left to hit the dude and in the next shot it's flying at him and you can see how the actor jumps before it hits him. But dang that must've hurt, he still got hit in the leg with a bike.

Looks to me like she still has trouble controlling changing directions of things she moves around, so it was faster this way, or she just wanted to tell him the road was cleared and she didn't need help for this particular one. Also he acted as a shield for her after.
