Jeri-Ann Henson , you are a blessing to me and all the other ladies. I appreciate your telling us about your TMI. I have a giant TMI in that department. I am grossly incontinent. I have to wear pads and pull-ups like you wouldn’t believe. I am twice divorced from two very abusive men. I cringe now when I think about the possibility of being asked out by a man. Not only am I incontinent but, I had a stroke seven years ago and I cannot walk. I am wheelchair bound. I would like to find someone to vlog with who has the same problem. I would like to know how they handle their bathroom problem. Some nights I wake up soaking wet and I would never find a man who would want someone like me. I have taken every kind of medicine for this problem and I just keep peeing. I feel your pain about your knee problem, I have had both of my hips replaced and one knee replacement. It’s certainly not fun. The knee replacement was the worst. I was born with hips that were out of joint. I had surgery when I was 7 years old but over the years, I developed problems with them. I must say that God blessed me though. I have two wonderful children and two precious grandchildren. I also have a 97 year old mother who takes care of me. God is good. You just said you lived on Long Island and went into the city to see third day! I’m 61 and I feel like most of us have beat up our bodies, also. Jeri-Ann, I'm a fairly new subscriber, but I already look forward to hearing your voice or seeing your smile on the videos when you upload. I am a Disabled Veteran, and ALSO, about 3 1/2 to 4 years ago, I developed a chronic illness that has yet to be properly diagnosed (my Crohn's test came back inconclusive), so they call it severe, chronic IBS and severe colitis. It leaves me in bed 1-3 days a week on average. After having to give up my dream job, I also became severely depressed (sick and tired of being sick and tired). But in the last few months I've found your channel and a couple more and started crafting again. Crafting helps take my mind off the pain and helps my depression, so I want to say THANK YOU for all the work you do making these videos, and also vlogging. You always make me smile because you're genuine! I'm sure God led me here, and if there was any way on earth I could take your pain away, or make you smile, I would do it in a heartbeat! I'm so thrilled to be part of your UA-cam family and you'll be in my prayers! Please also keep me in your prayers (and same for anyone watching)... I'm trying to get my Social Security Disability (SSDI) and I'm waiting for a letter on the Judge's decision. My hearing was in June and I've been working on this for 2 1/2 years!!! I've been in the bed 4 days with MS. I just found your channel tonight. I watched one video and then another autoplayed showing your clean up with limitations. I have severe neuropathy from head to toe, muscle spasms in my feet, legs, and back, constant fatigue, memory problems, migraines, and on really bad days even my glasses don't work. It's lovely to see your smiling face on camera even in pain. I was raised not to complain, my hubby and daughters would argue, but I will smile through my pain as much as I possibly can, especially out in public. I can tough it out through a lot. We've been through a lot in the past 12 years since I was diagnosed, and I can say that God is the ONLY reason we are still together and that I am still here. Dark days still come, especially when I have been in the bed 4 days. But your video reminded me to smile. As my mama would say, a smile is contagious and a fake smile is hard to fake for very long! I can totally sympathize with you on pain and exhaustion. I am 49 and was diagnosed with juvenile osteoarthritis at 5. I worked as a night shift nurse in the nursing home for 13 years and it just done such a number on my body and several back injuries as well. I love watching your haul videos cause I can't get out and shop like I used to and also because you get stuff at your Dollar Tree that I never see in my small town Indiana store. I also enjoy your crafts because they are simple and look great and most people can afford to make them on a small budget. It was refreshing to hear about your life as well so keep vlogging.

My Hubby works long days...you have been through a lot of pain , but have such a determined spirit. My hub works nights too and now I am on his schedule. I use to be a caregiver and also was the family helper. I have hypothyroid but have learned to handle it fairly well. Sometimes I just have to take care of myself first, which took me years to do. I am able to do alot, so thankful for that. Hugs to you.

Thank you for sharing this with us! I have fibromyalgia and I totally understand sleeping in your clothes and being hungry but literally not being able to get up and get food. It makes me feel ashamed and sad. It helps to have somebody else talk about it. I am still able to work and sometimes that is all that I CAN do. I have had to learn to pace myself. Which means half finished craft projects. That bothers me more than my messy house. Lol

Jeri thank you for sharing your life with us! I am 53 and have several health issues going on, fibromyalgia being one of them. I have gone from working full time to part time to not working to having to spend some days not able to do much of anything. I have never been blessed with children either. We seem to have several things parallel in our lives! I am blessed with an awesome husband (going on 14 years) as well and I know for ceratin God is how we get thru each day! I just love seeing the shine in your eyes when you speak of or look at Jim! God bless you both!

Hi! I was watching you this morning and you mentioned the problem with your not making it to the bathroom, I HAD the same problem. I saw my urologist and got Botox for the problem.It is a miracle and it last for about 7 months and then you need a nother treatment.

I have had 14 surgeries in my life and two miscarriages and then finally I got pregnant after seven years of trying and losing my babies,I was bedridden for seven months but God Knew I wasn't gonna lose this one too,I had a miracle baby boy ,he is now 23 years old and I am so proud of him. I never thought I was ever gonna have children . I have multiple back issues and knee issues,and I walk with a cane,but I Thank God everyday he gives me to be a mother and wife of an Awesome hubby of which we have been together 30 years married but together 33 years,your hubby reminds me of mine,he is such a blessing to me as is Jim to u. Your set up reminds me of my setup while on bed rest when I was pregnant with Anna Claire and for about 10 months after she was born. Anna Claire naps on me so I like to have everything I need before I’m stuck for 2 hours. TFS! I have PCOS, so I too have good days and bad.

It helps me, getting through my emotion. My Tatay/Dad passed away a year ago of cancer. And I'm still struggling to cope with it. And seeing you guys do DIY it reminds me of the things that my Dad and I do. We luv to do crafting specially on Christmas. We make our own Christmas tree using a dead tree that looks like a X-mas tree shape. We don't have Pine trees in Southern Philippines, those were the days. I go through alot of stuff like you, RA, OA, diabetes, mental health problems, and you make living worth going on. I also had my knee fixed, but it didn't work 😟 I also have heart problems, so I get the tired an dragging, you just got to live one day at a time and be the happiest you can. Omg your mom and my grandma thought the same, I never have a dirty toilet,lol. my grandma always said if the table is cleared and the dishes are done it makes the house look clean. So I’m just weird about some things. Like my laundry is always done , I may have clutter and some disorganization but I attribute that to being ocd. I have to do it perfect or I can’t do it. Omg. This vlog is precious. Thank you for trusting us with such personal information about yourself. I have several things in common with you. So you're kind of a soul sister. I know exactly what you mean about not being able to get up certain days. I have those days often. All my living room furniture is too low for me to get out of with this arthritis. I spend most of my time sitting on my bed because it's easier to stand up. I am also type 2 diabetic so I feel you there as well. I had a stroke at age 43 while I was driving. Amazingly enough, I didn't crash lol. I was paralyzed on my whole left side and had to learn to walk again....among many other things. I am now disabled because of the residual affects of that stroke including a clot that I still have in my heart. I cry over everything and have no control over it. It happens over everything. Happiness, sadness , excited, everything lol. It can be quite embarrassing. I also have fibromyalgia and that combined with the R/A, often makes life unbearable. As for menopause, I've been in menopause for 7 years. I am 51 and at 44 I had a complete hysterectomy. Best thing that I ever did! Menopause is an ugly affair so, spoil yourself occasionally, you deserve it my fellow warrior. I hope your day is better tomorrow. Please keep the get to know me videos coming. :)

I had simular problems with my knees. I had authorscoptic surgery. That didn't work so I had both knees replaced, 10 years apart. Divorced after 45 years and retired at 70 years old, I have felt great ever since. I'm with a terrific man now, life's great. I wish u well and hope you feel better. Walking is great exercise, if u can, u will feel better. Praying for you and Jim.

Great video, I was one who asked if there was a video like this. Your crafts are great and healing for you too. I asked about your health because I to have been through it. 17 surgeries, most were small. But the last 3 were spinal fusion. I hurt everyday but my grandkids keep me going. I also, until recently, walked in water. Very helpful. I am looking for a new place but won’t have my buddies to encourage me. Good luck to you and by all means keep walking. It’s my only hope for me. I’ll be watching. Can’t wait to see what you craft next. Oh, craft some pretty boxes to hold your stuff by your fav chair. That’s what I did,. It helps. God bless you.

No it doesn't have to be a resistant pool. ONce in water you can do a lot more than on dry land. My Dr suggested it. I jumped up and down for a short time, have to watch my back, but it does a lot for my knees, which hurt pretty badly right now. Heading in for a shot tomorrow. Otherwise I just walked back and forth in the water for almost an hour, or whatever you can do. For some reason it really helps with the pain. I have to find that new place and I will have to drive almost 30 min whereever I go. But when you live in little towns that happens for everything.

Jeri-Ann Henson , you are a blessing to me and all the other ladies. I appreciate your telling us about your TMI. I have a giant TMI in that department. I am grossly incontinent. I have to wear pads and pull-ups like you wouldn’t believe. I am twice divorced from two very abusive men. I cringe now when I think about the possibility of being asked out by a man. Not only am I incontinent but, I had a stroke seven years ago and I cannot walk. I am wheelchair bound. I would like to find someone to vlog with who has the same problem. I would like to know how they handle their bathroom problem. Some nights I wake up soaking wet and I would never find a man who would want someone like me. I have taken every kind of medicine for this problem and I just keep peeing. I feel your pain about your knee problem, I have had both of my hips replaced and one knee replacement. It’s certainly not fun. The knee replacement was the worst. I was born with hips that were out of joint. I had surgery when I was 7 years old but over the years, I developed problems with them. I must say that God blessed me though. I have two wonderful children and two precious grandchildren. I also have a 97 year old mother who takes care of me. God is good. I am a Disabled Veteran, and ALSO, about 3 1/2 to 4 years ago, I developed a chronic illness that has yet to be properly diagnosed (my Crohn's test came back inconclusive), so they call it severe, chronic IBS and severe colitis. It leaves me in bed 1-3 days a week on average. After having to give up my dream job, I also became severely depressed (sick and tired of being sick and tired). But in the last few months I've found your channel and a couple more and started crafting again. Crafting helps take my mind off the pain and helps my depression, so I want to say THANK YOU for all the work you do making these videos, and also vlogging. You always make me smile because you're genuine! I'm sure God led me here, and if there was any way on earth I could take your pain away, or make you smile, I would do it in a heartbeat! I'm so thrilled to be part of your UA-cam family and you'll be in my prayers! Please also keep me in your prayers (and same for anyone watching)... I'm trying to get my Social Security Disability (SSDI) and I'm waiting for a letter on the Judge's decision. My hearing was in June and I've been working on this for 2 1/2 years!!! I've been in the bed 4 days with MS. I just found your channel tonight. I watched one video and then another autoplayed showing your clean up with limitations. I have severe neuropathy from head to toe, muscle spasms in my feet, legs, and back, constant fatigue, memory problems, migraines, and on really bad days even my glasses don't work. It's lovely to see your smiling face on camera even in pain. I was raised not to complain, my hubby and daughters would argue, but I will smile through my pain as much as I possibly can, especially out in public. I can tough it out through a lot. We've been through a lot in the past 12 years since I was diagnosed, and I can say that God is the ONLY reason we are still together and that I am still here. Dark days still come, especially when I have been in the bed 4 days. But your video reminded me to smile. As my mama would say, a smile is contagious and a fake smile is hard to fake for very long! I can totally sympathize with you on pain and exhaustion. I am 49 and was diagnosed with juvenile osteoarthritis at 5. I worked as a night shift nurse in the nursing home for 13 years and it just done such a number on my body and several back injuries as well. I love watching your haul videos cause I can't get out and shop like I used to and also because you get stuff at your Dollar Tree that I never see in my small town Indiana store. I also enjoy your crafts because they are simple and look great and most people can afford to make them on a small budget. It was refreshing to hear about your life as well so keep vlogging.

My Hubby works long days...you have been through a lot of pain , but have such a determined spirit. My hub works nights too and now I am on his schedule. I use to be a caregiver and also was the family helper. I have hypothyroid but have learned to handle it fairly well. Sometimes I just have to take care of myself first, which took me years to do. I am able to do alot, so thankful for that. Hugs to you.

Thank you for sharing this with us! I have fibromyalgia and I totally understand sleeping in your clothes and being hungry but literally not being able to get up and get food. It makes me feel ashamed and sad. It helps to have somebody else talk about it. I am still able to work and sometimes that is all that I CAN do. I have had to learn to pace myself. Which means half finished craft projects. That bothers me more than my messy house. Lol

Jeri thank you for sharing your life with us! I am 53 and have several health issues going on, fibromyalgia being one of them. I have gone from working full time to part time to not working to having to spend some days not able to do much of anything. I have never been blessed with children either. We seem to have several things parallel in our lives! I am blessed with an awesome husband (going on 14 years) as well and I know for ceratin God is how we get thru each day! I just love seeing the shine in your eyes when you speak of or look at Jim! God bless you both!

Thanks for sharing your story jeri-Ann, I can associate with a lot of what you say, my mum has rheumatoid arthritis and I have fibromyalgia , it can be so hard to function day to day, my husband is a great help to me I appreciate him so much, I also enjoy crafting and have 3 tables with all different things going on and clutter everywhere lol.

( Anything) I hurt so bad,b I'll m allergic to all pain meds except morphine and I won't take that....it gives me more problems, I fall a lot, so I'm dealing with injuries more then I want to admit, I have serious pain daily, it never goes away. I am new subbie because just discovered your videos. I appreciate the fact that your diys are inexpensive and easy to do. I retired 2yrs ago because of physical health reasons and have suffered from depression pretty much my whole life-i understand the not being able to get out of bed some days. Hi! I was watching you this morning and you mentioned the problem with your not making it to the bathroom, I HAD the same problem. I saw my urologist and got Botox for the problem.It is a miracle and it last for about 7 months and then you need a nother treatment.

Jeri Ann. Thank u for being so honest and open wit us! I to have many health issues,being 53 and having my left hip replaced and that was a year ago and now my other hip is going bad!ugh! I have had 14 surgeries in my life and two miscarriages and then finally I got pregnant after seven years of trying and losing my babies,I was bedridden for seven months but God Knew I wasn't gonna lose this one too,I had a miracle baby boy ,he is now 23 years old and I am so proud of him. I never thought I was ever gonna have children . I have multiple back issues and knee issues,and I walk with a cane,but I Thank God everyday he gives me to be a mother and wife of an Awesome hubby of which we have been together 30 years married but together 33 years,your hubby reminds me of mine,he is such a blessing to me as is Jim to u. My prayers go out to u and your family! I am so thankful I found your channel! My question is " Do You Have a Friend Mail address?" I know a lot of you tubers do. Your set up reminds me of my setup while on bed rest when I was pregnant with Anna Claire and for about 10 months after she was born. Anna Claire naps on me so I like to have everything I need before I’m stuck for 2 hours. TFS! I have PCOS, so I too have good days and bad.

Hey Jeri-Ann! How are you doing? first of all thank you for accepting my Fb request. And Thank you for sharing your life with us! Anyway, you are one of those videos I enjoyed watching doing DIY. It helps me, getting through my emotion. My Tatay/Dad passed away a year ago of cancer. And I'm still struggling to cope with it. And seeing you guys do DIY it reminds me of the things that my Dad and I do. We luv to do crafting specially on Christmas. We make our own Christmas tree using a dead tree that looks like a X-mas tree shape. We don't have Pine trees in Southern Philippines, those were the days. Anyhow, Thank you I got to know you a little bit more Jeri-Ann. You inspire me to do things little by little again. Looking forward to see more DIY projects and Vlog. Omg your mom and my grandma thought the same, I never have a dirty toilet,lol. my grandma always said if the table is cleared and the dishes are done it makes the house look clean. So I’m just weird about some things. Like my laundry is always done , I may have clutter and some disorganization but I attribute that to being ocd. I have to do it perfect or I can’t do it. Omg. This vlog is precious. Thank you for trusting us with such personal information about yourself. I have several things in common with you. So you're kind of a soul sister. I know exactly what you mean about not being able to get up certain days. I have those days often. All my living room furniture is too low for me to get out of with this arthritis. I spend most of my time sitting on my bed because it's easier to stand up. I am also type 2 diabetic so I feel you there as well. I had a stroke at age 43 while I was driving. Amazingly enough, I didn't crash lol. I was paralyzed on my whole left side and had to learn to walk again....among many other things. I am now disabled because of the residual affects of that stroke including a clot that I still have in my heart. I cry over everything and have no control over it. It happens over everything. Happiness, sadness , excited, everything lol. It can be quite embarrassing. I also have fibromyalgia and that combined with the R/A, often makes life unbearable. As for menopause, I've been in menopause for 7 years. I am 51 and at 44 I had a complete hysterectomy. Best thing that I ever did! Menopause is an ugly affair so, spoil yourself occasionally, you deserve it my fellow warrior. I hope your day is better tomorrow. Please keep the get to know me videos coming. :)

I had simular problems with my knees. I had authorscoptic surgery. That didn't work so I had both knees replaced, 10 years apart. Divorced after 45 years and retired at 70 years old, I have felt great ever since. I'm with a terrific man now, life's great. I wish u well and hope you feel better. Walking is great exercise, if u can, u will feel better. Praying for you and Jim.

Great video, I was one who asked if there was a video like this. Your crafts are great and healing for you too. I asked about your health because I to have been through it. 17 surgeries, most were small. But the last 3 were spinal fusion. I hurt everyday but my grandkids keep me going. I also, until recently, walked in water. Very helpful. I am looking for a new place but won’t have my buddies to encourage me. Good luck to you and by all means keep walking. It’s my only hope for me. I’ll be watching. Can’t wait to see what you craft next. Oh, craft some pretty boxes to hold your stuff by your fav chair. That’s what I did,. It helps. God bless you.

No it doesn't have to be a resistant pool. ONce in water you can do a lot more than on dry land. My Dr suggested it. I jumped up and down for a short time, have to watch my back, but it does a lot for my knees, which hurt pretty badly right now. Heading in for a shot tomorrow. Otherwise I just walked back and forth in the water for almost an hour, or whatever you can do. For some reason it really helps with the pain. I have to find that new place and I will have to drive almost 30 min whereever I go. But when you live in little towns that happens for everything.
