Look at how it is rotating, it is not rotating in a fixed fluid motion, it is rotating a couple millimeters at a go. It means that the plunger will only line up about once every 10-100 rotations.
You should try a app called toreba it's a Japanese style claw machine game at a real arcade and a huge prize selection and if you win it they send it to you you get 3 free trial plays
check how the lower number continuisly spin , and the higher number the cut the spin so you dont get it, buy is better you know when is ready to pay out
