It's football. They haven't played a game yet. Titan's need O-line and D-line. Latham will be a road grader in the run game. Sweat will dominate the interior next to Simmons. Grey will be excellent. After that I think some will contribute but don't know anything about them.

Chargers being sneaky and grabbing Alt before the Titans could was pretty interesting.
Titans Gm said there weren’t any “serious trade back” offers. Their list was Alt-Nabers-trade back- Latham. Also there’s drafting for need and then there’s “we have no starting quality offensive tackles on our roster drafting for need. The Titans literally had no tackles. Lastly Bill Callahan, the best OL coach in the league, had Latham as his OT1 which says a lot.
Sweat was a horrible pick. Way over reached and 2 down player with limited pass rush ability and off field issues worst pick of Rans two drafts.
Gray was great pick up he’s titans day one green dot starter.
Brownlee is most physical player in the draft and will fit with Snead and Awuize beautifully.
"Could have gotten a better player" What does that mean? Some random board had a "higher grade" on some player at a position we didnt need? We took the best players available for the needs we have, nobody knows if its a success for another 1-2 years. Spare me
It means, do not draft a fat slow guy for LT when he is a RT who will probably need to play guard because he is to fat and slow for tackle. The edges will blow right by. The elder calahan is not jesus and was a god awful HC and is not a gm. He took one guy on the browns from the right to the left, so what? These guys get it wrong all the time, its why there is constant turnover. This draft was god awful. The sweat pick was insane. Anybody will run right by tubby man who will be sucking air after two snaps. Dumb draft picks. They also want a 4th round no name rookie to wear the green dot and lead an nfl defense? How insane are they? Ran should have never been hired but should get fired asap.

You also have to remember titans coaching staff is all new nothing you knew last year is true now. New head coach new OC and new DC
I understand your point. In defense of the draft, the Titans had no real choice other than address LT and DT in this draft and I think Latham was the best choice available. Sweat was a reach, but he was also another desperate need given the losses of Autry and Al Shaair… same with Cedric Gray as we have no Mike LB. With all the holes the Titans had (and still have), protecting the QB and building the trenches up was mandatory this year just to field a football team. Maybe next year we can get some pure candy picks instead.
Cedric Gray is undersized at 6’2 234lbs? Roquan Smith is 6’1 236lbs.
This isnt a nock pn your take more just people in general, why does e everyone say grey is undersized? The average size is 6'2 240. He is a whole 8 pounds and less than a inch smaller than that.
If it was srill 1990 and linebackers were 6'4 255 id agree.
