It was never anything to do with bills or wind taking out power lines. The storm troopers cut the Power lines and sadly, shortly after that everyone in the studio was KIA by storm troopers.

Strikes of heavy artillery and small squads of Stormtrooper, Jaegers and Stormpioneers was a first to modern Blitzkrieg tactic. German tactic during last offensive of ww1 was great but resources was low after 3 years of war so German army lose momentum.
