I am Egyptian and I can't start my day without Turkish coffee, much love to my Turkish brothers ❤🇪🇬🇹🇷
Turkish coffee isn't originally from turkey the ottomans imported it from the arabs
@@Hamza-iq6gw yapılışı türklerde biraz daha farkli o yüzden türk kahvesi araplar daha farklı yapıyor
I am Turkish, I like our traditions to be loved and shared on social media, thank you
You only add the coffee when the water is cold and stir it until you see the color changing on the top and then you let it slowly come to a soft simmer. Never to a boil to get the nice cream on the top. the heat should always be maintained at medium
Excellent video man, it was beautiful to see
I Concur.. Excellent Video. Felt like I was there to enjoy it as well.
You should add the coffee when the water is cold and stir it while it is cold .
and then throw it in the bin and wait to get conquered by the british... sound better
It would be more traditional but much more bitter. I actually prefer it this way
The smell, nay, the aroma must be Heavenly. I love tea but smell of coffee is something else.
You should have added the coffee to cold water or room temperature water. Its the correct way to prepare Turkish coffee
@@KöennigHeats grounds more evenly preventing a more bitter burnt taste. You should also do this with instant coffee, first dissolve in a little room temp water than add the rest hot.
@@Köennigif you start with cold or temperature water, you’ll get an overextracted coffee. Check the link ua-cam.com/video/PqJo2Up9Wqo/v-deo.html
Looking tasty 🤤
The most beautiful coffee in the world is Turkish coffee. Everyone should experience this taste all their life.

Freshly roasted coffee is pretty tasteless. If you roast it then let it sit for a week it's infinitely better
Freshly-commented user comments are pretty tasteless. You should think about your comments for a week, then never post them. Infinitely better.
@@quandarkumtanglehairs4743 someone out there needed to know, and i needed to tell them
Its not tasteless but yes, it taste better after a few days. This is a pretty handmade roast so I don't think there's a point on waiting. Is not gonna taste perfect any way. Is more about the experience than the flavor I guess
I love how each time I think of something nice I end up seing it on youtube. Thank you, I loved seeing that short.❤😸
I feel the smell of beautiful coffee ☕
who use this way to make turkish coffe?why u use? answer pls
That looks amazingly delicious.
You make to good turkish coffee
This would keep me awake for 2 days 😂
Its not that black man, you can drink it with water like 1 sip from cofee one sip from water
I'm not pretty sure about using hot / warm water
Here, in Egypt and also by Turkish traditional way, we use normal temperature water, so as the coffee get well cooked on low heat
Try it. 👍
The finer the coffee the less the cook time, for example French press uses a coarse grind because it cooks for 5 minutes. Espresso uses a finer grind and hence only cooks for 30 seconds. Turkish coffee grind is the finest and hence should be lower cook time or else an acidic/sour taste will appear

Amazing way of making Turkish/Greek Coffee but with the Arabic way since you didn't put the coffee when the water was cold (Greek/Turk way) rather than after it boiled (Arabic way) !
Completely honest, before you roasted them I thought those coffee beans were peanuts lol

Very cool but...the coffee is too fresh right? Shouldn't it rest for a few days before grinding and brewing?
Prob if you’re making Turkish or cowboy style coffee then all the subtleties are boiled off anyway
Looks delicious. Good work 👍👍
That loop was good
For Turkish coffee, is it better to use Robusta or Arabica? Thank you for your advice🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Best coffee video this year.
Well done my friend, but Turkish delight would be good next to Turkish coffee.

As a Turk, I dont understand why you add sugar in the end. Better it's bitter :)

I’ve always wanted to try Turkish coffee
I feel like drinking coffee and I don't even drink coffee.
Excellent i bet thats the best coffee ☕️ ever♥️
With that amount of caffeine i will die
the best coffee ever
Man that looks so good
Water should be around 50 celcius for traditional turkish coffee but great job!
I've had a Turkish coffee once. It was harder than any beverage I ever had, including alcoholic ones. This makes me wonder, if I add something like vodka to Turkish coffee, will it dilute it or make it stronger?
You must start with cold water and low temp.
It's smell's so good😍
Nice and Strong Love It
Excellent information ty, we ,here in Turkey, do not roast the coffee at home. There are special shops doing this job. But this is just a UA-cam video😊
I applaud the idea, but not the rusty grinder.
You started preparing this coffee almost from scratch. How long did it take you to prepare it??

That's original coffe😍
put the coffee in cold water, the result would be better. Love from turkey❤
Smoothest loop ☕❤👍
Ive hear that coffee tastes better if you wait a couple day after roasting before you grind it.
Next challenge: atmospheric reentry heat roasting and brewing 🤣

An absolute World Class Coffee.
@@Drawsler It's an aquired taste all right, a bit gritty, but as a coffee-lover, I think its a very special brew.
Not talking about the type of coffee... the way it's prepared is absolutely wrong.

Shame that grinder doesn't grind fine enough for Turkish coffee so this is basically french press without the press. None of us get to make up a cultural coffee definition. Turkish is with very finely ground coffee and heated on sand.
Did you see how fine the grounds were? French presses use coarse grounds. The coffee ground here would be way too fine for a French press. I think the coffee they ground here looked perfect for Turkish coffee
It is really fine grinded. The grind size for french press would look more like really coarse sand, this looks more like flour. Sand would be ideal to heat, cause it's easier to control, but this video is described as "very wild" and not "culturally accurate".

Coffee orginated from Ethiopia and Ethiopian style coffee making is even better. ❤
is it normal to roast and extract that fast with Turkish coffee? traditionally i would think you let the beans rest a couple days before extraction
Wah ustaad wah
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 O café a moda turca é uma delícia! 😊❤️
I cant imagine that's going to taste great without resting those freshly roasted beans at least a couple of days.
Coffee straight out of my roster to any form of brewer tends to have a harsh, grass-like finish that overwhelms most other flavors until properly rested.
