I use to drink and do drugs! I thought I was cool! I was flat out an idiot. I now know that I was using whatever to cope with life! I now rely 100% on God to get through life! The only thing I would change is figuring this out sooner in life!

If I had the option/opportunity to hang out with Phil everyday, I would jump on it so fast! I truly believe he would keep me on the right path. I need someone like this in my life.
Me too! I had someone like this in my life over 10 yrs ago, he passed away suddenly on Mother’s Day 2009. He was so wise and his walk was amazing he was so close to the Lord. He has taught me a lot. His name was Carlton Wayne Hockaday. What a gem of a person.

Yes, read your Bible daily and be in continuous prayer. How do you be in continuous prayer? Every spare moment you have always go to God and praise Him, just talk to Him, ask for help, thank Him for what you have and believe me there is always someone who has less. You don't need to be on your knees, I always used to pray while I went and came home from work, back when I could work. Be in constant prayer, it'll work, just try it.
That was so great to watch. Hearing Phil preach the good word while he makes jelly. Awesome!
When i was 8 or 9 years old my grandmother looked me in the eye asked me to receive JESUS CHRIST as my LORD AND SAVIOUR then she added stay away from most people .
Everything we need to know is right there in God's Word. He has covered it all... Every concern, every need, every thought. Thank you, Phil, for sharing the wisdom God Himself had planted in you.

I've recently come to God and ONLY to God. I used to only rely on so many of the other one's tricks to turn my face from God. Night before last, I prayed and cried all night it felt Good. Last night I slept like a baby, Which Felt Good. I want to start Going to church and am in penance at the time I praise God for allowing me to see past myself to go down only the right road to him. Nothing wrong with Jesus, I love him too

I believe this old school way of preaching I grew up hearing in an old southern Baptist church is the best way of preaching the truth of the gospel that seems to be slowly fading away to these younger generation motivational speakers that never speak on sinning or going to hell if not born again. We need to get back to the Bible an preach what the word says without worrying who we offend or whose toes we step on. If offended then good that says you wasn't right with God in the first place an now you've been shown the right way and can make that choice. I rather be told now I'm not doing the right things an have a chance to stop and learn from them than to waste another 20 years of my life wandering in darkness because some motivational speaker/ preacher was afraid of offending by telling me the truth that if I die living in this sin I will surely go to hell

Thank you Jesus for everything you have done for me, if only I had listened to my parents, I would have been spared from so much, but I was foolish and acted foolish, no more! I have repented! Christ's finished work has save me, I love you Jesus with my whole heart, thank you for coming after me and saving me, it has been 7 years now that I am saved. I ask in Jesus mighty name to go after my daughter Kaya and bring her to her senses like the prodigal, that she would come home. We are waiting and looking and praying every day. Jesus saves, no one is too far gone for Christ.

Father GOD in Heaven protect my children from the circumstances against me. The man I love is not obedient to the word of GOD. He is a foolish & toxic man. I seek deliverance and protection . It feels like an attack. My heart is set on you and my flesh is weak. I cry in fear just begging you almighty GOD draw near. Your LOVE is all I have ! I love you!
Seems pretty easy and I know addictions are a pain so back on that path again going forward to leave all that foolishness behind~ Bless you, Phil and families that is my lesson for today-Amen~
