Cool product, however, it's nearly impossible to pull off the side covering the charger. I've been trying to pull off the rubber sleeve for half an hour, even with tools, and it won't come off. :(

It’s 2022 and just ordered one and my dog loves it but it cost almost $50 on Amazon. We’ve only had it 1 day and so far it’s still in one piece. We will see if it’s worth it or not.
