Jason, thank you for sharing this publicly. There are not enough quality tutorials on juggling available streaming and for free. More content like this that is appropriate for all ages, please.
This the first tutorial dedicated to just 5 ball backcrosses I've seen out there, thanks so much for sharing. I've been trying to learn it for years :) I always get super achy shoulders if I practise it for too long which hasn't helped with mastering it :(. Maybe I need lighter balls Lol
You aren't kidding about rings bashing you in the head pissing you off. In January this year, after juggling for 25+ years, I hit my head with a ring and had to go to the hospital for stitches. And that wasn't even a backcross. Great tutorial. Great narration and drills. Thanks Jason.
This is a pattern I've always procrastinated learning. How important would you say shoulder mobility is in being able to learn this? I think 2020 could be the year...
So helpful!
thank you for taking the time to put this together the kids have been wanting to learn it for a while now i'm sure they will enjoy this.

You should be flexible enough to position your right hand behind your left shoulder and about halfway up your back, and same for the opposite side.
