i can only guess that blinker is intentionally trying to tie by not attacking and then pulling two probes at the end. if i assume that, then it's actually very well programmed

It's just a beautiful coincidence. I don't think even a bot could purposely create a frame-perfect double elim. Blinkbot is coded to mess with standard opponents. For instance, it would harass the structures at the ramp and distract the defending workers. This is why it pointlessly hung out at the ramp as it was not scripted to handle facing another worker rush bot. Not sure why the 2 probes were pulled at the end. If I had to guess, it was likely hardcoded to start transitioning back to normal gameplay 150seconds into the game.
