Awww man.. I was so excited thinking I was gonna see them applied. I know you will. But I love your videos because you get into the science of what you’re doing. You’re one of the most professional instructional channels on YT. and a terrific builder.
Awesome. Thanks for sharing. I’ll be making that tool before rigging my next biplane kit. Should make nice uniformly sized turnbuckles for the flying wires.
I'm currently building an HO scale 200 foot truss bridge. The girders needed to be cut at angles of 37, 90, 92.3, 95.5, and 109 degrees to form the truss assembly. Except for 90 degrees, these are not angles you will find on most miter boxes. So I made my own box using a 10" power miter saw. If you know how to do math, and you paid attention in shop class, you can cut any angle you need even if your saw won't cut past 45 degrees. Making tools to accomplish a task seems to be a dying art nowadays. Kids have too much screen time, not enough shop time.

Your work is awesome Doc, thanks for your effort.
Is he a doctor? I was going to say he's using a tool that looks a lot like artery forceps to me.
Excellent video thanks Paul 👍
