My 6 month old baby girl had her first taste of lemon..from choices on her high chair tray. She held onto the slice, did the lemon face and shudder and took another bite..and another! 59 years later and she's still a lemon lover....peel and all! 😊 ❤

Giving lemons to babies is not at all dangerous, it’s funny, cute and helps to make them receptive to trying foods. Babies also like when adults have fun experiences with them, they learn confidence, acceptance, and approval …. You ca notice babies will repeat actions for the attention, it’s healthy. Not disgusting

Not buying your reasoning. No one said it was dangerous. I think it undermines a baby’s trust of their parents. There are much more loving and caring ways to introduce new foods. These parents had none of that, it was just a way to get everyone to laugh. My granddaughter eats everything, from sushi to Thai to Indian food. Her parents just had her eat what they were eating. I doubt a baby in a high chair takes home lessons in confidence, etc. You do you, but seeing these kinda mean videos makes me glad we never did this to my kids. Do you think this experience will make the baby accept new foods?
