Thanks for this design of book scanner. I was looking for similar design that can help me scan book without destruction. Based on your design I built an inverse design where book is always on the desk and one has to lift scanner and place again after flipping the page. Initially I was bit hesitant to use this design as low light might not give clear picture, but I turned out to be wrong. I used Samsung S9 for taking picture and then ScanTailor Advanced. Getting very perfect images to create PDF and get printed pretty old books. Thanks once again for sharing this idea ..

Great design. The only change I would make would maybe have the camera looking down so as to see what it is shooting on screen and maybe use a remote blue tooth triger for camera. Definitely going to build this or something close useing your basic ideas. Thanks.

アルミによる反射と光源がセンシティブで
ページ間(山になる部分)の露出オーバーになってしまい
調整に手間どってしまいました^^
結局アルミを乳白色のプラ版に変更して調整しました

アルミの裏側を 黒く塗るの 動画では載せておらず すみませんでした。経験されたように アルミからの反射が 誌面に当たりコントラストを著しく悪化させます。 艶消しの黒にされるのが画質的には良いです。
本が軽ければいいが、ページが多いとか、何冊もやると腕や肩が痛くなるのでは?
英英辞典のように紙が薄くてペラペラだと、本を裏返す時に紙をシワにしてしまうおそれがありそう。
