FAQ for this video:
Only Admin can add or remove admin. There is no more Creator roles... for the last few years (its march 2018 at time of this update). If you leave a room as admin, members of the room can add you but only another admin can make you admin again. So always make many admin of friends you trust or even better make more then one Skype account and add them all making them all admin of all your Skype rooms aka Skype Group chats.

Lost control of your room?
You can move a room and all the people in it. So make a moderated room with the same name and avatar pictures and move everyone into it. Than change the name of the old Cloud room and the Avatar, post that this room is closing and a new one starting " See you in the New Room" (or say nothing) and kick everyone out. Then hide the room.

I am glad it helped you. REMEMBER: Always have more then one Admin. If you have another Skype account, it is wise to add it also to the group and make it admin too. You as Admin can change the other admins role to user.

+Djpascallo Official - I think you didnt write that correctly. It sounds like the error you get when trying to add someone who is not yet a contact. Is that what you mean?

To inspire more votes (on above link - also in description "show more" below video), here is the explanation of JOINERS BECOME LISTENERS to make a READ ONLY Skype room:
Controlling who can post IM chat messages in group chat rooms. Give Skype room creators* and admins the option to disallow members ( with a role USER or SPEAKER) to IM chat. This can create a very useful READ ONLY Skype room group chat for members to get essential information posted only by admins. This makes all new member a Listener role, not user or speaker. They can be changed by Admin to User role to gain the ability to post IM chat messages into the group chat with /setrole USER . ADMIN can also make them a Admin or MODERATOR (/setrole username MASTER).
In the Moderated chats (aka Legacy p2p type) Skype room groups . which are no longer accessible to current Skype, we had a command for this: /set options +JOINERS_BECOME_LISTENERS (once a room is made Joining enabled).

Just remember, it is best to have moderatable Skype rooms (p2p legacy) not new rooms wich are all Cloud based and can not be moderated. Only if history is enabled in the group chat before person C joins (disclaimer - if Skype still supports that. Skype changed alot in 2017 when MS changed the programing entirely).

Why did you add this comment twice? There are no creators in Cloud rooms. You can not control your room unless you create a legacy type moderated room. I was the Admin and I had to quit the group. Now there is no Admin and I need to create someone as Admin
Thats the problem then. Like I say in the video, you have to already BE admin to make someone an admin. That chat is lost. Start over. Make a new group chat room and be sure to make someone else Admin before you leave.

i'm the creator of a cloud based group( i checked with the command /getname) and i've made a person an admin(so we are 2 admins now). if i delete my account to make a new one, will the group be deleted or not? thank you.

either someone else started the call or it was started by a guest or someone who is admin changed your role. or its was a bug ... What OS or device was the call started on?

then your hosed - done with that group. Start again. and this time add more then one admin. the creator left and you will never have admin.

with a moderated chat (p2p not Cloud based Skype room), you can set an option so joiners are applicants and this will prevent others from adding people. Only admin can add people and give chatting (read and write ) rights by setting the role of a new member to users. This is not possible with Cloud based rooms. Only p2p legacy moderated rooms. Have someone add you and have an admin make you admin /setrole yourusername admin. Otherwise start over.

our admin left the group and we where for a year with no admin, somehow one of the members try to add someone to a group call and he become the admin but now that person left to. that was a few days ago
A call made someone admin? That would be interesting. Try it and let me know. Otherwise there is no way to make an admin as I said - just move rooms and rename that one - give link to new one in the room.
he doesn't know how he did it. he try to add that member to our call and skype was Acting Up
problem solved we made new skype group

No but I am hearing admin can kick admin and in current Skypes rooms which are Cloud rooms, there are no creators. The creator is just admin.
so make moderated p2p rooms not Cloud rooms
