    This guy is the real deal. I pass my test, I went from South Florida to Orlando for his review and I pass!! Out of everybody on youtube, he teaches the best!!

    Ron Climer, you are a great teacher! Who out there is smart enough to answer this Florida real estate question: ===> If a Florida Title Company does NOT pro rate by what the Annual Uniform Combined Ad Valorem Taxes and Non Ad Valorem Assessments Bill/ Statement says (which happens to be a combined annual bill and process allowed under Florida State Law sent to property owners) but instead the Florida Title Company uses some behind the scenes “fiscal” calendar of each levying authority of the non ad valorem assessments with each of their own charges on the uniform bill, with the Title Company somehow asserting that those levy dollar amounts have been “prepaid” on varying fiscal calendar years (that DO NOT match the uniform annual bill), is that Florida Title Company following common practice in Florida? Extra credit questions: Is it defensible, as in, are they following or breaking the law in their effort to “Un-uniform” the uniform statement of annual charges? Where do you go in Florida to check or complain if you think the Title Company isn't doing right? If the levying authorities have agreed to and are following a uniform system, why wouldn't the Title Company have to?

    Why does the seller pay for all of March, less the day of closing if the buyer will own the property for 25 days in March?
