Here's my best guess at a rational explanation: After he dropped you off at your complex, he suspected that you didn't keep the CD (I don't know if you're a bad liar or not, or if he just assumed) and he went back to the salon where he asked the people there if they had seen a CD in a garbage can that was thrown away accidentaly that he wanted to return. When he found it, he went back to your complex, and waited until someone entered the keypad code, and then casually walked in with them. The he went to the front desk/reception and since he knew your name from the app, he just asked for your room number and said you had forgotten you CD and it was important that he return it, and the person at the desk, not thinking it through completley, let him up to your room. Idk, that's just my guess :)

Yes, but it isn't hard to get buzzed in to those places, believe me I lived in a place like that for 3 years and trust me people can still get in. It was def the front desk/management that let him know where she lived. I would have a talk with management and be firm about that fact that under NO circumstances should they give out her suite and room number because her family/friends would never need that info.

It's easier to cover a "mistake" when trying to find out information then arise suspicion by not sounding confident enough in what you are asking. By making it sound like he knows you they will be more willing to trust him. Then depending on if you told him your name or not he could just describe you based on appearance and throwing in a few things that he already knows about you, ie the area you live. This validates the idea he "knows you". Being a busy salon they probably just said yeah to get him to go away. That solves how he knows you threw it away. He could have gone back after he dropped you off back home. When it comes to your actual address, the same things applies. He probably went to the street address and either ask a security member " my niece/daughter/friend etc...

Most likely he took a random guess hoping it would be you and if it wasn't he would ask that suite occupier if they knew the apartment he was looking "Tana. Young girl, blonde hair , etc" with very little to go by such as a basic description. I'm guessing they're aren't many similar looking people in the complex to you that live alone so he probably went along, asking specific questions to which people could give information....
.... Unknowingly. For example, " hey I'm looking for the young, blonde girl? " he says to the neighbour. "Oh the one that lives alone?" Answers neighbour. That's an innocent response from the neighbour because they think he already knows that which he might not so he stores that into his mental fact database on you 😂 he replies yes that confirms he knows you as long as it's done confidently and they'll say I think she lives on floor 3 for example. Then it's trial and error and repeating the process. It's really not difficult to find information if you know how to read people and situations. You'd be surprised what I've learned over the years playing poker. Bluff and double bluff can play a big part in life and are very useful!
