Hello Marc, I have watched a lot of your films and they are really super. Thank you for taking me with you to places I would never dare to go. I felt 28€ was a real rip off to go and see a lake. You are more generous than me. I live in the North of Scotland, a retired school teacher. You would think there would be a ferry from here! Keep up the good work. I still have a lot of your films to view which I look forward to. God bless.
Haha, man i was soooo scared searching it for like 5min but surprisingly the cam was basically unharmed. So good and I was at like 70km/h when it fell off. Rugged little thing I must say! Cheers, Marc
No it was the tiny insta 360 Go 2 that you can see on helmet and mirrors. Luckily it rolled down to the side of the road otherwise a car would have maybe hit it. So lucky, I don’t think a heavy GoPro would have survived it like that
Cool footage from the Faroes. Its my home. I have a dual bike myself, to bad I didnt run into you here🙂 Really like your travels, specially that its not neccessary to have the newest, most expencive gear. But more importanly a good attitude. Thanks for the videos👍🏍
Hey Marc, thanks for this great video. Färöer Islands really seem to be worth a trip. I was shocked and afraid that you had an accident when you lost your camera. Luckily only the cam dropped down. You have the most beautiful bike on the ferry 👌😉 Safe ride take care. Regards Julian
Man it’s cool. Place is fantastic. The pace of the video is just spot on. No rush, no stress!Keep filming! What kills me it’s how clean your bike and your gear always are. I go for 2 day trip in American southwest I look like shit in 15 minutes
Thanks man, appreciate it! Man it’s in fact quite dirty, it’s just in the video with contrast and color it never looks like it. But also I give it a little wash now and then especially after off road;) have a great day!🤙🏼 cheers, Marc
Really enjoyed your first series Marc. Keep up the great work 👍 👏 👌 Looking forward to watching the next one and starting my own motorcycle adventures 😀
Hey Rob, thanks for tuning in! And yes it’s a bit crazy how it goes up fast right now, so cool! You‘re a big help with commenting and liking the videos, makes UA-cam show it to more people;) so thanks for that! And yes, sad that the trip goes to an end but that’s also making it a special experience + there are some more videos coming 🙌🏼 have a great day 🤙🏼
I´m living in Denmark, but Faroe Island is my home country. I think you have presentet it very well. I´m just a litle sad to see that most visitors don´t go to the south islands, Sandur and Suduroy. They are even more beatyful. Hoping to do a motorbike trip as a tourist some day. Thank you
So cool. WOW! Sweet "drinking water" at the lake and waterfalls from the sky and snow. And salty sea water just under the lake. Did you taste the difference?
@@MarcTravels Nice song and perfect for the channel. I just found out 11 Unicorn from your channel links. I was also wondering about some of these songs on your channel. Nice to know you made this one.
Ciao Marc... Come procede l'avventura??
Yet again Marc what an amazing adventure thanks for sharing, those tunnels looked like something out of a James Bond film😂 some spectacular photos and Ariel footage the waterfall was something else....can I ask what cameras are you using on the bike and helmet? The footage is crystal clear👏 look forward to watching your other YT videos ......LDT😂
Yes loved the tunnels! In this playlist I have some videos about my cameras: ua-cam.com/play/PL_5-FeRUB-_T25JN7cyTv0aUJkAOD1zf2.html feel free to check them out!🤙🏼
Tyr...one of my favorite metal bands is from Faroe Islands. Most members formed a band there, moved to Denmark for work, formed Tyr, are now based out of Torshavn. Not super heavy and lyric's are in english and Faroese with a folk nordic theme.
Hey man, yeah I heard of the band…I saw the name on festival line ups in Europe too. Interesting they are from the faroes. Thanks for tuning in man, much appreciated!🤗🤙🏼
Apple Pay i think. It’s connected to your credit card. Works the same, phones have the same chip like credit cards. Have a great journey to Iceland man🙌🏼🙌🏼
The lake was separated from the campsite. The camp was really nice, everything clean, nice community area with kitchen and couches. I think anywhere in Scandinavia the campsites are really nice and clean. Cheers 🤙🏼
28 euros for a couple of hours hike without even a guide or any kind of service is quite much in my opinion...even tough the view is stunning...I hope that it is not the same for locals...
Yeah it’s pricey but so is everything in Iceland. I guess the Land there is private owned so anybody has to pay the same probably. Still worth it 🤩 cheers mate 🤙🏼
@@MarcTravels I hope one day to visit Iceland too...Here in North Italy we have amazing off-road/paved Alpine roads and high altitude mountain passes...(In my region, Piedmont there are some pearls like the Assietta ridge road, The Strada dei cannoni, "La via del Sale" just to name a few of them), cheers from Torino ;)
Can’t confirm that, nothing like savages or bloodbath when I was there. My experience was a very peaceful one. Met lovely people. Must have been different when you were there. Thanks for tuning in! Have a great day, cheers Marc
Wait…28€ ! for what ? To watch Mother Nature ? They are mad. Like an amusement park. This is a cheek bro. A 4 hours walk ….LOL. How exhausted is this ?
It has to be considered that everything is really expensive in Iceland (a soup cost like 20€😉) and yes I guess the land is privately owned and they all have to get by somehow. I don’t mind really, that way the place is looked after and not being destroyed by people 🙌🏼 it was a great day 🤙🏼

Nice places, but expensive enough 28€ to walk on a hill and see a Lake 😬🤝 they make money from anything 😹
That was really a bit ridiculous. 💸
The Faroes, - that's where the savage locals get together to beat dolphins to death in a bloodbath. Give it a miss.
