This method while potentially useful, could mess up any gradients in your image. Pay attention to those before you commit.

You don't download it, it's included in After Effects; try reinstalling the software

My god after every setting you have to tell the history of it and what you feel and what others felt etc .....just to drag a 2 min video to 10 mins in order to crank up view hours in your YT account ?
Yeah your communication is lacking, your toggling buttons while we are looking at the image, would be good is you could say what you're doing.
