"Suffering Creates Growth" - ain't that the bloody truth. What an outstanding variety of different types of movements, sometimes it takes me two to three sessions to add the stuff learned in just one video. Amazing work by her too
Phil I'm working on getting my personal trainer certificate and one day I want to be an apprentice of yours. You're the best trainer on UA-cam,you powerlift, and you train badadses! You're living my dream life
This is one of the best training videos I’ve seen. I’m definitely going to implement this into my program when it gets close to competition. Thank you.
Love these videos Coach!!! Im in the progress of changing my garage gym to a mma and powerlifting base.. Thanks for the inspiration!! Gonna shoot my cannon of a ship and not a canoe!!
I recently discovered your channel. Your videos are very beneficial and give inspiration. They show a different approach for training. Could you please make videos not only for Mma, judo, box etc but also for amateur people like beginners, mid levels who wanna improve theirselves... I'm not talking about sets, reps... etc.. I'm talking about a general approach for amateurs... Thanks for your effort...
Absolutely great challenges, keep posting Man, these are Magical. It’s not until you try these workouts this is when you realize they make you work your Butt off.
This style of video is great, the well worded and succinct information you give shows that you know what you are talking about without making it looking like you just love to hear yourself talk. Thank you for staying away from making magical claims and spewing a bunch of woo woo pseudoscience shit. I think it MAY be super cool to have you do a video where you use one of these videos and then you dub over the audio with you and a kinesiology professor from your alma mater having a discussion about how and why you pick exercises for athletes and what training effect you are going for. To be clear, this is a suggestion, not criticism. I really appreciate you being will you create these videos.
Always learn something new from your coaching. Could you include resources to research and read more about some of the more... science behind particular movement and the why to choose them depending on the sport/athlete? Thx as always
Top Tier Training sure thing for the meantime most of my findings come from my friend Dr. Andy Galpin, Dr. Corey Peacock, Dr. José Antonio (ISSN) and readings from Soviet texts along with overall experience.
I appreciate your response coach. I love all your videos. Going through a huge job change and will be doing your professional development course as soon as I finish my current training course.
She is a judoka but you can tell she is an overall athlete as well with how fluid she is with her body movement. Probably would excel at many sports if she chose too.
Another top notch video. However your camera man/woman (person?) needs to stand further away so we can see the movements better. Thanks for your uploads, my good man.
Quality stuff, I apply some of the techniques to my own training n my clients. Familiar kinda thought when it comes coaching athletes. Just wondering do you have some sort of qualification course for coaches?
yo coach, first all of greta content, secondly on the prowler how much weight do you put on ? Thanks and can't wait to cope one of these darustrong hoodies

These videos are so interesting. I don't know what I'd need explosive power for except maybe running for the bus, but I feel inspired.

Hey Phil how do you calculate the weight for the landmine press? Is it like a percentage of OHP?
huy minh nguyen measured through velocity monitor
Development of all muscles are important but how do you have the ratio of endurance strength size ect
Tyler Phillips that’s dependent upon the athletes weaknesses
@@PhilDaruStrong is it possible to achieve all components of size, strength, speed, aesthetics/proportion? Or does one thing have to be poor while the other excel?
Tyler Phillips you can develop all in that case I would say the trade off most people see is strength for aerobic endurance or vice versa
