"Suffering Creates Growth" - ain't that the bloody truth. What an outstanding variety of different types of movements, sometimes it takes me two to three sessions to add the stuff learned in just one video. Amazing work by her too

I recently discovered your channel. Your videos are very beneficial and give inspiration. They show a different approach for training. Could you please make videos not only for Mma, judo, box etc but also for amateur people like beginners, mid levels who wanna improve theirselves... I'm not talking about sets, reps... etc.. I'm talking about a general approach for amateurs... Thanks for your effort...

This style of video is great, the well worded and succinct information you give shows that you know what you are talking about without making it looking like you just love to hear yourself talk. Thank you for staying away from making magical claims and spewing a bunch of woo woo pseudoscience shit.
I think it MAY be super cool to have you do a video where you use one of these videos and then you dub over the audio with you and a kinesiology professor from your alma mater having a discussion about how and why you pick exercises for athletes and what training effect you are going for. To be clear, this is a suggestion, not criticism.
I really appreciate you being will you create these videos.

Always learn something new from your coaching.
Could you include resources to research and read more about some of the more... science behind particular movement and the why to choose them depending on the sport/athlete?
    Thx as always
