It was nothing crazy. It was because we were taking photos, which isn't allowed but everyone does it, but they don't do it while dressed in Lolita with DSLRs. They might have assumed it was a photo shoot.
looooo3 What a bizarre rule! I would think they'd be happy to have people interested in the history and culture to take photos... How odd. None of our historic cemeteries ask for you not to take pics. :/
