Love the videos Chuck, however, I have to disagree with some of these methods. As a licensed plumber for 28 years, first thing we do when a water closet is clogged, is remove blockage with auger or plunger. Most importantly, we pull every water closet and inspect the integral trap to assure no other clogs are present. Been to a lot of jobs where people just used augers, plungers, and never removed all debris and customer still has issues. Pull - every -water closet -folks, you’ll be glad you did.

🙋♂️ Help/question: can you tell me what I should do if I just found out 15 minutes ago a guest flush a tampon down the toilet at my house? I don’t know if there is a back up or not. Should I flush the toilet multiple times to try to get it to go through the pipes if there is no back up? Or what should I do. I don’t really have money for a plumber.
And what are you talking about with a septic system? I live in the city so I have the same septic system that is my responsibility? Or is that only for the country?
