I only just realised that you could spot Gnosis and Degenbrecher at 4:21, in the Kjerag faction video, long before the Break the Ice event.
Just to show how much of the story was already planned out. Really put into perspective on how rich the world of terra is and how dedicated the writing teams are
The "children" you thought had facial hair are Arknights equivalent of dwarves. There are children in Arknights, but none of those characters were.

Yes you are correct, CN exists 6 months before other server.
CN I like the source of spending for many people, we get to know who will show up so we can skip other in favor of better utility operators
The next Chinese event trailer would probably drop within a day or two.
Like some other people have suggested, the "discovered terra" videos (so far there are three of them) are really good for you to check out so that you can get a general idea of the worldview and what is going on with the stories.
And yeah, this is a Chinese game so all those words that you cannot read are Chinese instead of Japanese. The game also has CN, KR and EN VOs, but the trailers uploaded to YT are the versions with Japanese VOs.
Since global is 6 months behind the CN server, there will always be around 5 to 10 Chinese-only trailers, but the next event (the classical music one called Lingering Echoes) for us will drop soon.
Mizuki and Caerula Arbor is where the doctors feel the deepest sorrow.
The Mai Story chapters get released with bigger gaps in between - the regular events are mostly tied to certain regions/nations and local problems which (start to) involve rhodes island crew - so in most of these amiya and doctor are doing their own stuff...

The silver haired wolf girl is Lappland Saluzzo, daughter of a mafia family.
The dark haired wolf girl is Cellinia Texas, also a daughter of a mafia family.
Both of them wanted to reform the mafia family influence in their country, Siracusa.
Siracusa is basically the Italy of Arknights.
49:08 For clarity. Yes, Lappand (white hair) and Texas (black hair) are on the same side. It's just that Lappland is slightly unhinged and overly hyped for any kind of combat. So it seems like the guy they were supposed to take out seemed so weak and bored her so much, that she casually switched into a sparring session with Texas, whom she considers the stronger fighter. In fact Texas might be one of the few people that Lappland might consider stronger than herself, which is why she is so thirsty for battle with her and so annoyed that Texas doesn't actually love fighting and is pretty pragmatic about it.

The Chinese server (CN) is six months ahead of the global servers since the developer is based in China. It gives the global servers a chance to see what awaits us, at least, and get ready for any new operators or skins.
The smol people are called durins basically the dwarf of arknights
The names of the characters were just codenames with some of them uses thier last names as codenames. Silverash for example is his family name with his real name being Enciodes Silverash.
the children are durin,the arknight version of dwarves and the white haired girl is Lappland. And yes the music is fantastic
Those child on Gavial event are Durins (Dwarf at Arknights)

I always feel ambivalent when it comes to recommending anyone to play Arknights. As a waifu variant for the Tower Defense genre, the gameplay loop is pretty niche and a lot of people have expressed their discomfort, if not outright dislike and disgust, to anything remotely chibi-like in form and design. I've been a fan of the game and have continued to play it religiously since it's global release but I will admit that Arknights has its pros and cons. Also the game can be pretty challenging when it wants to be, egging you on to beat a stage with the promise of sweet loot with the low, low cost of your soul... I jest, I jest. It simply demands for your sanity... which isn't much better, I guess. XD

Nah mate screw the trailers, you legit gotta check out the banger of a music they had for all the CC lobby themes and the character themes, also some of the latest boss theme too, recommend checking out the Il Siracusano boss theme, Radiant, and Rekindle character themes! the music quality is qenuinely wild compared to the simplistic visuals of the game

Yostar is the publisher for global, HyperGryph are the company who made the game. etc most of the letters are Chinese not Japanese. Although voiceline are in Japanese.
