I had a Fender Mustang a few years ago and got ride of it b/c I didn't like the picked tones I was getting out of it. However, hearing this demo I'm really love the picking tone I'm hearing. 👏BTW, what string gauge are you using?
Thanks for your kind words, we're glad you found the video helpful. With regard to the string gauge, I believe these are still the stock strings that the instrument came with. According to Fender's website, they are .045 - .105 gauge.
It's nearly impossible to say, as Fender changes specs and designs at their discretion, so we never make any guarantees with regard to specific fitment. But, you can measure your current pickups and compare their dimensions with the ones on our dimensional drawings to see which is compatible with your instrument.
