When I have to move the bike at 40 kmph, Is it OK if I accelerate the the bike upto 60kmph and then hold the clutch and stop the acceleration, so that bike moves on its own for a while and

That's what he is talking about instead of bumper let say you want to move your bike at 40 according to your traffic as you know it then why are you accelerating unnecessarily to 60 and then braking again and downshifting again.This will utilise your clutch plate and brakes both

Brother do we have to use clutch when we don’t give throttle in high speed or low speed ???? Pls help
If you are in 1st or 2nd gear then u should press the clutch to avoid stalling. But for 3rd 4th 5th the engine doesn't stall unless you apply a sudden brake so no clutch in higher gears
