is seems the weak point in the plow is the hydraulic hoses that have to flex 180* on those wings. I've replaced 3 of those 4 hoses over 3 years so it's not terrible.
Interesting, I now own many of them and have yet to have any issues with hoses. But I could see how that could be an issue.
I think is one of the best pushers U can buy, however for half of the price U can buy arctic sectional witch will scrape as good if not better than this and U don’t have to worry about hydraulic and accidentally braking wings , Love mine Ld13 , I don’t have 16 acres but I am using on 6 acres lot mounted on my sv340 skid steer
Thanks for commenting. The Metal Pless is hands down the best you can buy. The arctic is nice, but I have to disagree that it is the same or better scrape. It's good, no doubt, but its not to the same level. I can tell you that there is no way I could break those wings and the hydraulics are no joke. Everything on that plow is built like a tank. Never seen anything like it. It is truly something you have to experience in person. Also the arctic is just a box. The metal pless replaces the need for any other support equipment because it can be all things at anytime. Again, the Arctic is very nice, but not even in the same league, IMO. If I just needed a push box I would buy an Arctic, but less equipment and operators for me is what works. Thanks for watching!!

Yes I am ready to see it push snow too 😂. Last year was a dud. But we got 12"-18" coming for tonight, so it's game time.

Nice metalpless video can't wait to see it in action though expensive investment but worth the cost iv'e priced one i have about 4 dealers in my area trying to plan my future purchase of a loader and metalpless purchase it's kinda a 5 year plan i hope any advice you would give me
@Daryl Brooks Thanks for watching. I am so excited I can't wait for snow. Four dealers, dang, I don't have any. I had to have my Cat dealer order it when I bought the loader. My advice is make sure you size the plow correctly to the loader. These plows are heavy!!
@@SnowBoss Thank you for replying to my message iv'e had a few small snow storms. I haven't done some of my driveways but have plowing my small commercial properties. I live in a small town in NH but i have alot of small cities around me and lot's of snowplow dealers.

No I haven't yet. You need to have the right account for just a pusher box. With the metalpless it is all tools in one.
@@SnowBoss You should really look into an Arctic!! You scrape down uneven payment and save on salt!
@@SnowBoss AGREED, sectional doesn't change sizes, cant deny their reputation and simplicity but they are a steak knife, not a swiss army knife. no bueno for me. i need that swiss army knife.
Where you mounted this switch is horrible I have 5 926 loaders. We run all folding plows. The switch should be mounted on the handle. You waste so much time reaching down to hit the switch. If you want pics I will send them
I agree with you 1000%. I wanted to mount it to the joystick as I agree too much time back and forth, but couldn't find any type of mounts and I didn't want wires all over the place. I would appreciate any pics and info. Email: keystonesnowmanagement@gmail.com
@@SnowBoss You get use to wherever it's mounted. We have 4 and try to make everything on the stick but one just wasn't practical and he doesn't notice, however put him in another machine and it's comical to watch. Nice set-up.
