1 each duck breast
Fresh herbs like thyme or sage
1 orange of your choice ( navel, cara cara or blood )
Sauce:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup orange juice
1 Tablespoon miso
2 Tablespoons fish sauce
Zest of 1 orange
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
