@ 4:49 you refer to "the borts" in the closed captions (which everyone should turn on, they are very educational). Is that a Russian term? I'm asking because the large numbers that are painted on either side of a Russian (or Soviet) military aircraft's nose are commonly called "Bort numbers". I always wondered where that term came from.

I have just finished one of my projects and still have 4 different models ))) with different levels of difficulty (for advanced modelers, for professionals, for experts and building from scratch). Although the manufacturer positions this KIT as for advanced modelers - it is not so difficult and this can be done even by beginners also. Its difficulty is only that there are three masts and you had to spend three times more time on the rigging than on models that are positioned as for beginners... And if a person can make one mast, it's only a matter of time to make all three...

@@garymurphy5133 It does not depend on the manufacturer, each model has different instructions - it depends on the engineer who designed and made the prototype...
For example, I prefer drawings to step-by-step instructions or photo instructions, because they are usually limited. Only from the one manufacturer I received instructions that can compete with the drawings - this is USS CONFEDERACY manufactured by the American manufacturer ModelshipWays, but another kit of the same manufacturer with a small schooner had shallow instructions and there I used only drawings...
