She grows EXTREMELY quickly and can stand up against most of the enemies that she faces by the time she joins(Because 15 Res vs. Witches, Arcanists, and Cantors).
Est's voice actor is the best. Brianna is an amazing voice actress @_@ even Eve (from elsword), who got ruined by shitty voice direction, still has an amazing voice.

My personal favorite is Nomah. Even though he used to be the high priest of Duma Faithful, and still addresses him (Duma) as such, he still knows the situation, and he does what is best for humanity. His line is basically: "You have done your job well. But it is time to let humanity decide it's own path to follow, whether or not it will lead to success or ruin." Silque came in close second, because even though she worshipped Mila, she understood her love for her brother, and she promises to end Duma, not because she does not think Duma is evil, but rather to fulfill Milas final wish. P.S. Where is Alm and Celica? Why can't we hear their lines?
Everybody's talking about what a savage Lukas was with his line. this kinda fits since, technically speaking, there has been many hints showing that Lukas is a.... High functioning Sociopath. This is hinted by his lack of emotions and his rather controlled mannerisms (The way he is never truly angry and is also often smiling generically is a sign of it being a practiced facial feature) There is also the fact that he has a lover, but found that he had little romantic feelings for her. While it is possible for them to get married and have a family, It is very difficult for sociopaths to feel actual romantic feelings for their loved one. And while Sociopaths are more commonly known to people as murderers or such, most sociopaths these days are actually businessmen, or other high end jobs. This is because their lack of emotional burdens makes it easier for them to think coldly and logically, just like what Lukas usually does. So Lukas isn't a BAD person, he's just...very practiced and lacking of emotions.

Faye seems to be permanently stuck in a drug induced reality where Alm is all that matters to her, leaving leaving Faye with little room to develop her "character".

"Most of the time" yes, but obviously in this context anyone would be able to finish off the final boss. Hell, in both Awakening and Fates you can kill the final boss with whomever you want, the Exalted Falchion and Omega Yato are just effective weapons.

The two most underrated quotes in my opinion were Luthier's "your spirit's voice is ghastly dark," which communicates great imagery of how Duma has descended into madness almost communicating the fact that Duma has mutated into a shell of his former self, and Clive's "I'll take a proud death as my own man over a life of kneeling to a mad god," which communicates Clive's nobility perfectly and the alliteration makes the force of his statement ring all the more true with the use of the soft 'm' for emphasis.
Really sad because my Tobin died in the final battle and I ran out of turn wheel charges and then I saw grey's ending description and saw that he was heartbroken after the death of Tobin and I was like 'shit what have I done' At least I revived him at a revival fountain but geez that ending stuff broke me
My favorite character Python died by duma and my ending was Forsyth was devastated by python's death and left the one kingdom KNIGHTS which was forsyth dream to become! He left and married a woman, leaving valentia forever....really broke my heart

One more reason I'm glad I picked Sonya over Deen. He sounds like all he wants is to be stronger than everyone else, and fighting for Celica is just a step on the path to power. For Sonya, on the other hand, this is personal. I can't deny that Sonya's sexiness influenced my choice, though.
I picked Sonya because i went into Sonya's map, saw about 29 witches and just noped out there, not dealing with this 1% critical that always crits shit.
postnjam I actually went in to this game mostly blind so I didn't know who ever you fight,the opposite joins you,so I tried so hard to beat sonya I even grinded so hard to get mae,saber and kamui to their final promotion just to do this. only to find out I would get Deen instead lmao,so I reloaded and destroyed Deen with no effort,way esier than sonyas battle.
*Spoilers* Are the 2 sisters next Duma Sonya's sisters? Clicking on their names says that there part of 3 sisters and when you fight Jedah in the mire battle she mentions that her sisters turned into Duma Faithful.
Did anyone notice that most of his units were barely promoted? Like, his Leon was just a sniper, his Kliff was still a mage, his Python was a sniper still, Forsyth didn't even become a knight, Atlas is still a villager, Kamui and Jesse are still a mercenary, Luthier is still a mage, etc.
i mean the easiest way to do this would be just to deploy half the characters (even you didn't use them that much), restart then deploy the other half, then make a new file for deen/sonya.
The little bits of dialogue upon selection during this fight was a really nice touch. Gives me a chance to further my care for these characters. I feel like they are truly loyal and on my side.
The only one's that really stood out to me were Kliff's and Lukas's. Mostly because Kliff seemed cool and Lukas was funny. The others kinda blended together...
i would have said something like "if your deadset on making your twisted delusions a reality, then i can't allow any of you to live" or "death is too much of a kindness, lucky for you, i'm a nice guy".
My lord this fight was the bane of my existence. I had every healer just trying to heal all the Tanks trying to keep all the Witches and Mogalls away. I had Tatiana and Genny attempting to heal Alm after he got hit and lived each of Duma's attacks. I brouught Alm and Celica into the field to deal with Duma, and Celica avoided two 52% hits and retorted with some 32% crits. Alm finished it with a standard crit. In the end, I wasn't sure if I was gonna make it.
Well, you're luckier than me usually, but in the Echoes final battle, my luck turned around. Enemy attacks actually started missing sometimes. Once the Dread Fighters and Bow Knights were down, it was smooth sailing for me (this was on Hard, and Conrad wasn't even promoted).
I've gotten a gameover or had to otherwise start the level over at *least* four times...I kind of got too fed up with it and decided to take a break ^^' I get to the point where it's Jedah, his daughters, and the Medusa wielding Arcanist left, and every time either Duma or that stupid Arcanist will target Alm, and then one of the weaker adds Jedah, his daughters, or Duma summons wind up getting a lucky hit in and killing Alm -___-
I like how most people are like "Fuck you I won't worship you" or "I will put you out of your misery" Meanwhile Lukas is just like "Throwing hands with a god sounds fun"

Really sad because my Tobin died in the final battle and I ran out of turn wheel charges and then I saw grey's ending description and saw that he was heartbroken after the death of Tobin and I was like 'shit what have I done'
At least I revived him at a revival fountain but geez that ending stuff broke me

Conrad's was easily my favorite out of all of these. It also helps that in my file he delivered his line right as the music was at its highest point.
Just finished the game, and just realized I never promoted Slique or even knew the existence of Jesse at all.
Yo, why does this make me so emotional? I think it's all the badass lines combined with one of the best boss tracks in any game I've ever played.

One more reason I'm glad I picked Sonya over Deen. He sounds like all he wants is to be stronger than everyone else, and fighting for Celica is just a step on the path to power. For Sonya, on the other hand, this is personal.
I can't deny that Sonya's sexiness influenced my choice, though.
I picked Sonya because i went into Sonya's map, saw about 29 witches and just noped out there, not dealing with this 1% critical that always crits shit.
Freaking 1% crits always get my lords at the worst moments
postnjam I actually went in to this game mostly blind so I didn't know who ever you fight,the opposite joins you,so I tried so hard to beat sonya I even grinded so hard to get mae,saber and kamui to their final promotion just to do this. only to find out I would get Deen instead lmao,so I reloaded and destroyed Deen with no effort,way esier than sonyas battle.

Are the 2 sisters next Duma Sonya's sisters? Clicking on their names says that there part of 3 sisters and when you fight Jedah in the mire battle she mentions that her sisters turned into Duma Faithful.
There was so much force in Mae's line, it makes me flinch everytime I hear it!!!
Did anyone notice that most of his units were barely promoted? Like, his Leon was just a sniper, his Kliff was still a mage, his Python was a sniper still, Forsyth didn't even become a knight, Atlas is still a villager, Kamui and Jesse are still a mercenary, Luthier is still a mage, etc.
i mean the easiest way to do this would be just to deploy half the characters (even you didn't use them that much), restart then deploy the other half, then make a new file for deen/sonya.

When ever I hear him voicing Artanis or Zeke, Patrick Seitz's voice gives me goosebumps for some reason.

The little bits of dialogue upon selection during this fight was a really nice touch. Gives me a chance to further my care for these characters. I feel like they are truly loyal and on my side.
This game deserves a 8-9 rating without any biased.
The only one's that really stood out to me were Kliff's and Lukas's. Mostly because Kliff seemed cool and Lukas was funny. The others kinda blended together...
i would have said something like "if your deadset on making your twisted delusions a reality, then i can't allow any of you to live" or "death is too much of a kindness, lucky for you, i'm a nice guy".

Mathilda’s quote was so well timed with the music it became my favorite by far
My lord this fight was the bane of my existence. I had every healer just trying to heal all the Tanks trying to keep all the Witches and Mogalls away. I had Tatiana and Genny attempting to heal Alm after he got hit and lived each of Duma's attacks. I brouught Alm and Celica into the field to deal with Duma, and Celica avoided two 52% hits and retorted with some 32% crits. Alm finished it with a standard crit. In the end, I wasn't sure if I was gonna make it.
Well, you're luckier than me usually, but in the Echoes final battle, my luck turned around. Enemy attacks actually started missing sometimes. Once the Dread Fighters and Bow Knights were down, it was smooth sailing for me (this was on Hard, and Conrad wasn't even promoted).
I've gotten a gameover or had to otherwise start the level over at *least* four times...I kind of got too fed up with it and decided to take a break ^^' I get to the point where it's Jedah, his daughters, and the Medusa wielding Arcanist left, and every time either Duma or that stupid Arcanist will target Alm, and then one of the weaker adds Jedah, his daughters, or Duma summons wind up getting a lucky hit in and killing Alm -___-
Patrick Seitz was a good choice for Zeke/Camus :p
