Filmed at Blue Dot Festival 2022. The rain was relentlessly intense at times but it didn't stop it being a great event of music, art, speakers, and fire, fused with the cosmos!

Flowers Installation: The Nectary by Alison Smith and Dr Chris Hassall
"Light and sound installation created using recycled plastic by artist Alison Smith in collaboration with Dr Chris Hassall, lecturer in Animal Biology at Leeds University. The Nectary invites you to immerse yourself in nature, gain a new perspective on the life of a pollinating insect, and mimic their behaviour by moving from flower to flower.

I didn't know they had a festival at Jodrell Bank. I've been there once, in the '90's. I bet the kids loved it.

Yes, it's a great festival, first time I've been, mixing astronomy and music and earth related talks and things. Was good to see Satish Kumar talking and appearing so well.
