  • Hello my loves! This week we are learning how to do basic ballet turns. In this beginner ballet tutorial we have chaîné, piqué, step up, pirouette, and fouétte tips and tricks. Learn how to do beginner ballet turns in a pinch so you can work your way up to more advanced ballet technique. Dance turns require a lot of practice, repetition, and patience- so, be sure to take your time and really learn each ballet move well. If you want more beginner ballet classes, check out my other videos that cover ballet foot positions, beginner ballet vocabulary, ballet jumps, and more...

I had to stop ballet when I was younger because my teacher was mean (my sisters didn't like her so I had to leave with them) but if you were my teacher, I'd still be doing ballet now. You're so sweet and a great teacher.

The dislikes are from people so dizzy after practicing turns they hit the wrong button.

I want to do musical theatre when I grow up but the thing is I’m okay with singing and great at acting but I don’t know how to dance at all which is why I subscribed to you :)

"Maybe in like a little situation" lol love it, as an adult beginning dance I often get so overwhelmed in the techniques but you are an amazing teacher and your step by step methods are very easy to understand and apply. I cant wait to keep practicing.

Hey! You've really inspired me to dance. People may say it's late, but I really don't care. Any advice for my first classes? I'm fine with anything!
