The world once knew of a great hero, he was praised and loved by those of the world. There was an enemy, a monster kingdom striving to defeat humanity. This man was the only one capable of defeating the evil monsters, and restoring peace to the world. The Golden Knights was his battalion, he was a mighty, and fierce knight. He fought to the bitter end, no matter what the consequences were. No matter if he was hurt or injured, or if it came to it, killed. He would fight to the very end no matter what. . He made some friends along the way, a cute young girl practicing wizardry, a young lad who was determined to grow up and get stronger, just like the honorable and noble knight. He also met a short bunny girl, who he protected like his own daughter. The kingdom decided to call him the Golden Crusader, with his band of Golden Knights. Village after village, the Golden Knights eradicated any monsters they saw, rescuing villagers and citizens wherever they could, and letting the Kingdom's army claim the fame. Though everyone knew the Golden Knights were the true glory of the kingdom, and soon the King and Queen found the location of the monster's kingdom. . The noble Crusader knew this was going to be a fierce battle. His men knew it too. With the King and Queen wishing the knights the best of luck, and telling them God is watching over their shoulders, the Golden Knights started the journey, multiple days of hiking and marching. Soon over the horizon the dark, black walls of the kingdom are spotted, the knights, in black and gold armor, ready their swords. The gates of the monster kingdom drop down, hoards of monsters pouring out the gate. The Golden Crusader is ready, and so is his battalion of men. . They face the enemy head on, slicing and stabbing monster after monster, despite being outnumbered and surrounded, they gave it all they had. Soon they began to lose knights, though their deaths were not in vain, and they had wiped almost the entire army out. Finally with the last few blows, the entire monster hoard is gone. Though the king of the kingdom came out, a disgusting monster. And it began to grow and grow, larger than the kingdom itself. The Golden Crusader, in his final valiant act, ordered his men to retreat, for he will handle the monster himself. . Using the skills he learned from the young ones back in the kingdom, he readies his golden sword, as it began to glow. With a loud war cry, heard across the lands, he charges towards the monster, swinging and chopping until his last breath... . Some time later, the Knights return, with the Kingdom's army in tow. They find their beloved Golden Crusader, armor pieces ripped and torn off, cuts and gouges and gashes all over his body. His face bloodied. Though in his hand is his sword, with the green blood of the monster, who lay slain inside the monster's kingdom. In his left hand is a note directed to his beloved wife and his children, whom upon reading the note, break down and weep. The honorable Golden Crusader, whom the people loved and cheered for, has been slain. Not in vain, however. . With peace restored to the world, the young group he befriended grew up, practicing and becoming better, in honor of the Crusader who they called their friend. The Golden Knights continue to practice and train, a permanent statue in the heart of the kingdom, made of gold, reminiscing of the Golden Crusader. His body is laid in a black, decorated casket, and carried through the kingdom by the Golden Knights themselves, as no one has a higher honor than the Knights, to carry around their leader. No one was cheering, instead they were crying, sobbing and weeping, sad that the beloved knight was gone. Though he saved them all, and he restored peace to the world, and they owe it to him. The casket is taken to the statue, and lowered into the ground at the foot of it. The sword in which the Crusader wielded, stabbed into a rock in front of the statue, to sit there permanently. The armor of the Crusader is repaired and placed on display in the Golden Knights headquarters, as a reminder of their glorious leader. . . *(I appreciate those that took the time to read, it genuinely made me feel quite sad, writing this up. So when the foreign army of Cinnia returned to take the people as slaves once again he was the only one who could stand up to them. The only one who dared rise up.
The Knights of Iron were his soldiers, his brothers who would walk through hell and back if he ordered it, he was the man they strived to be: Strong, Kind, Fiercely loyal to his Queen Freya.
Battle after battle he forced them back, pushing the men closer to their borders and back across the sea. Years of fighting ended as the fifth winter came upon Aster.
And it was the Knight Sir Aedan who had struck down the Cinnian King. Only in death, did the people see him for the hero he was, and not the monster they believed him to be.
And in this peace, a man became a legend.

Carter Adams cleric could have been dieing and could have ether healed themselves or revive their party. They picked the later choice.

He was believed to be a power hungry villain, one who would sacrifice the innocent if it meant more power. He was a horror story told to children-
Was his kindness sometimes naive? Yes.. He had spared those unworthy, yet never did he give them a third chance, only that of a second chance..
Yet despite these stories his will never wavered, still he showed kindness. His hope in humanity still grew like a mad fire. His love, to protect Humanity no matter what.
