I just want to say, you never need to apologize for sharing something personal with us. Many of us have grown quite fond of you and would like nothing more than to hear you describe every detail of your life. Of course, we understand the need to maintain some level of anonymity, but any little tidbit you give us is a gift. It makes us feel special. I hope we do the same for you.
33:45 Typical video game throwing mechanics. If there's a metal railing in front of you, it will be the only thing you can hit. 38:31 When you've lost someone you love, you might feel guilty about letting someone new occupy that same space in your life-- like you're implying that the one you lost is replaceable. You might feel compelled to reaffirm your devotion to the departed by coldly pushing away the newcomer. That's my take on Joel's initial decision to leave Ellie with his brother. 1:13:01 Damn. I guess the zombies don't get to play this round. 1:56:45 Yikes, sorry we didn't warn you about that scene. Just remind yourself, it's just pixels on the screen. Not real. Just pixels. Pixels in the shape of an innocent, adorable white bunny in the prime of her life, just innocently hopping along, probably on her way back to a litter of equally adorable little bunnlets. There. Hope that helped. 😅🥴🤢🤮
4:30...I don't think what you said about money being the root of all family feuds is stupid. My relationship of 3 months ended over this exact issue. I had certain goals for my future and I learned my partner did not see it my way at all and we were polar opposites in thinking. In order to achieve these goals, money is everything. Some want a life beyond living pay-cheque to pay-cheque, and others are content living in a shoe box.
Double dose of Jackie for the weekend? Yes please and thank you! Sorry about the bunny..but your reaction to it was pretty priceless 😅 Your edits are always on point 👍
I used to think teacher's knew everything then when my sister became a primary school teacher I instantly knew they didn't lol 😂 anyway thank you Jackie yoyr the besterest best yoytuber 💐
Not gonna lie: the tragic tone of the final segment of the video had me tense, but your reaction to the “bunny incident” and the way you cut the episode made me laugh so hard 😆 Nice comedy there. Great pacing. 10/10. Would recommend 👌 6:32 You know, somehow, this memory you shared with us made me pause the video and got me thinking for a while in front of the screen. You’re right that, as a kid, you fully trust everything your parents say, but in my case, growing up has made me realize that it wasn’t so much that they were lying, but that they, the "big and trustworthy adults who knew everything and could do anything" were actually confused and scared all the time. They were trying to deal with their own mistakes and traumas, just to be that pillar for their children, as if it were an act of love beyond their own capabilities. Today, being an adult myself, I can realize this, understand their mistakes and sacrifices, feel compassion for their fears and suffering, and be filled with gratitude and pride for everything they did. I am also committed not only to repaying them in gratitude but also to becoming “that pillar” for the new generations in my family. I finished writing this paragraph with a smile on my face. Thank you for this, and thank you for sharing that lovely memory with us, Jackie :)

I don't think it's so much that he's got something to go back to, I think he doesn't want the responsibility of keeping other people safe.
