After losing my wife to cancer, I have been battling grief and depression. As a means of therapy, I have found certain podcasts helpful. Although I am not in your prime target audience, I noticed that you have some very impressive guests on your podcast and I decided to give it a try. Many of your podcasts have been helpful to me and I thank you for that. Having a daughter, 4 granddaughters and being a partner in a long marriage certainly helps me to relate to many of your podcast topics. I admire your energy and positivity and the excellent role model you present for young women. Please keep up the great work!
Just discovered this channel a week ago, but your topics have certainly resonated!! I really liked this discussion. Here's how this topic played out in my life: Many yrs ago, the thought, probably contributed by Spirit, came to me. I heard, "I'm out of the Savior business!" I didn't stop wearing my savior cape right away, but I did learn to recognize my overgiving behaviors. I'm finishing one of the hardest spiritual awakenings I have ever gone through in life! It's been grueling. The biggest lesson from it: Completely stop overgiving, especially to ppl that do not give anything to me!
Yet again you guys have brought a fantastic guest on the show! I hadn’t heard of Dr. Shefali until watching this episode. She is as beautiful on the inside as the outside. AMAZING SHOW. I’m definitely buying her book! Thank you🤍
