How many miles did you travel on rail ? I’ve always wanted to build a camper like car for the abandoned railways and go across western states ! Something with a gas and electric motor with solar and able to go from one site to another if needed by road to another rail line . It’s probably just a pipe dream but it would be fun !
nice cart! a good add would be to attach a board up front that slopes up so if you encounter weeds along the line they will be directed underneath instead of slashing back and whipping you or dumping stuff all over you
Try #2, much better!!! You still might want to think 'bout, those front end knobies, and use slicks instead. I get it, that the knobies were used for when, the railcart was for off-roading, but smoothness is less tedious, on the nerves. Beautiful scenery, BTW😁!!! So, you stopped at the washout?? Bring a shovel??
I am amazed that they took the time/effort/money to build the roadbed up that much from the surrounding terrain. That would have to be a fun ride, but I think I would have to stop and poke around occasionally.
Greetings from Australia, thank you for the great ride along. Two thumbs up.

What beautiful desert scenery I grew up in the desert so I appreciate the beauty.

Or smoke, one of those 'weeds', along the way😁………
Just goes to show, it's all about the journey.
Like life, itself🤔!!!
Where is the track located on both videos please
That's gotta be Kaiser Eagle Mountain. Thanks for sharing!
Is that at the DOT AAR Facility in Colorado?
I gotta tell ya that is awesome!
What changes did you make to the rail car between the two tests?
Made a forge steel rear axle. Made both axles a bit more narrow to better fit.
Beats walking.
Did you see that kid on his scrambler bike holding a jar with a Tarantula in it? Wonder what he's doing now?
Maybe like give them , to a scientist, as in; 'Eight Legged Freaks' (the film🎞️)??
Mike, you posted this in 2017, but when was it filmed?
By the Chocolate Mountains. Tracks have since been removed. :(
Why is this line not still active?
No new video in 7:44 next time???
Too muck noise
Track has been taken up now. 1-21
