@@oneintrovertsworld A lot of singers were supposed to be "under sanctions" (couldn't travel to European countries or USA), Polina Gagarina, Ani Lorak, etc, I figured the Meladzes would be too. But we all know that the USA never applied sanctions against Russia in the first place. Good show, I wish I was there, had I known.
@@yanisb.1061 I thought they did sanction some people but maybe I’m wrong. Not sure about Ani Lorak, however Gagarina was pro-Putin afaik. Also my assumption was that artists who tour everywhere except for Russia are against the war, Meladze included. The show was awesome! I wish I had more footage :/ thank you!
Think they only sanctioned Russian artist or public figures who are pro war or suspected of supporting it. Russian celebrities that are anti war like Little Big, Ic3speak, Zemifra, Maksim Galkin, Kristina Orbakaite , rapper Morgenshtern etc have performed here in the US recently or still currently.
