I made this last week and it was very good and easy. My husband said he would like me to fix it again. I made the carrots with yogurt with it. It was one of those dishes that every bite you like it better. So a big Thank you. From middle USA

Merhaba dear Shirley, I am delighted to hear you enjoyed this easy all in one bake - sauteed carrots with yoghurt is a great match too - so glad you enjoyed it, Afiyet olsun, Ozlem

Wonderful, as always. I never add eggs to meatballs or meatloaf, it toughens up the meat. I add a few tablespoons of cream after I have soaked the bread in cream. If you don’t want to use dairy, just add water. Both will do the job of binding.

Don’t you think the soaked bread will do the job of keeping it soft?
