It's the classic aram effect - none of them were brave enough to auto the nexus towers, so all the hard work getting there was meaningless.

It was so nice to watch a G2 game with Kobe casting, unbiased. G2 are too used to casters being biased towards them. I bet Dylan Falco and company are completely clueless as to why they lost, now that their unsportsmanlike behind the scenes tricks don't work like they do in Europe.

I wouldn't say its unhealthy, if you can keep a good attitude in spite of it, but it's definitely a little bit frustrating having to watch these incompetent noobs getting undeserved paychecks for these positions.
Also, even applying might not solve much, with how corrupted the esports scene and recruitment is in Europe in 2024. I will not be participating in a team that is shameless to abuse unsportsmanlike behind the scenes practices, so there are some prerequisites G2 need to solve first, if they want to see me working for them. Firing the biggest frauds in Dylan and Romain would be a first good sign in a while.

Nvm, a couple minutes later they lose the entire game. That great flash didn't lose them the fight, it lost them the game. I mean G2 legit was one smite from winning game 2. So that's actually pretty competitive. And I say that as a T1 fan.
The error that Riot Games has made is that there are too many champions that do TOO much. And because of that you will never see a majority of the existing champions, which makes things boring sometimes. The fix, and OPEN YOUR EARS Riot:
1. Every team, in every game, has to choose 1 champion that is among the 30 least picked champions in the high tier and division solo queues,
2. AND they have to pick another champion that comes from the half of the champion pool that is played the least often (168 champions / 2 and choose a champ from the least popular 84. )
3. AND, champs from the bottom 30 and bottom 50% can't be banded, so players can practice with confidence on less used champs knowing they'll have access to them in games.
You know what you'd get? Some spicy interesting games where we might return to one-on-one outplays instead of the inevitable massive group fights utilizing champions that do too much.
RIOT, fix yourself.
That being said, I did enjoy today's matches, even though the first two games were a tad vanilla. Let's just keep the variety coming. Well done HLE: Zeri!

the most competitive LPL team would be consist of Bin, Knight, Jackylove,Meiko plus whoever does not make silly mistake..
Knight is the biggest choker at worlds. Look at his worlds record and how he played vs Faker last year. Stop overrating domestic gods and international frauds like Knight and Chovy.
Bin, Jackey, Meiko are good shouts but replace Knight with Scout who is actually a clutch player and worlds winner
Also LPL has never won without 2 Koreans on the team so yeah, get Kanavi in the jungle I guess?
