2022 WORLD OF JAZZ FESTIVAL HIGHLIGHTS: DAN BODANIS BIG BAND

Dan Bodanis Big Band is a 19-piece Jazz big band that plays music from the “Great American Songbook,” featuring some of the best jazz musicians in the GTA.
Otherwise referred to as “Jazz that everyone loves,” when you hear the Dan Bodanis Band you will instantly recognize the songs they play. Whether it’s the music of Frank Sinatra, Gershwin, Cole Porter, Duke Ellington, Miles Davis, or John Coltrane, the sound is always something you will recognize, enjoy, and always come back to.
"Sinatra-Our Way" features vocalist Carlo Berardinucci singing the classic hits that introduced both Sinatra and Basie to the world in the '50's & '60's, and set the standard for big bands accompanying vocalists. Come and hear these timeless arrangements swing out at the World of Jazz Festival!

A brilliant performance. I consider myself lucky to have witnessed the performance of these Jazz giants. Their swing from the '50' s and '60' s was genuinely a time machine back to that era...so authentic was the renditions. I witnessed a great moment in Jazz history.
